The watching eyes did not go past the Mewlions. It somehow became one of the topics they were discussing.
They let him know he was a guy auditioning for Type's role but it was none of his business. He wasn't going for the lead role anyway. It was his turn to do the audition and he went inside the room. He had been given a script for p'San and he acted it so well. However, Mame has seen a soft side to Mew that she thought could work elsewhere. But calling Mew alone was not going to be fair. She already liked Type. There was no mistake in that, but she wasn't sure about Tharn.
"Can you call all the 4 boys who got 4 stars who auditioned for Tharn and also call Mew. I need five of them to act out a scene with Gulf." she instructed her subordinate.
It had been done as instructed. In the room was now 5 good looking boys dressed comfortably in their clothes and Gulf Kanawut sitting at the other side of the room with a script in his hand.
Mame approached him. "You did so well and I would like you to act out Act 3 Scene IV with all the boys over there. Let me know who you feel most comfortable with. We're looking for the most compatible partner and we need your help in this."
Gulf nodded in agreement. He looked at the 5 boys and thought of the great responsibility that had been handed to him.
He looked at the scene he was supposed to act. It was a kiss scene. He looked at his lines and memorized them. They were only 3.
He acted the scenes just fine with four other boys and when it was Mew's turn, he was nervous. The reason unknown. He had watched Mew with his fans earlier in the hallway. He had watched his series when the uproar happened curious about who this person was, that shook the Bl industry. It was a hot controversial topic for about a week and a half.
They acted their scene and when the were supposed to do a fake kiss. Mew covered their heads with the script to hide their kiss from the judges and fellow actors. Gulf was taken aback when Mew leaned in until they were an inch apart and puckered his lips for a kiss.
Gulf was caught off guard.
His ears went red. That was close. They almost kissed and Mew looked unbothered.
When Mew removed the script from their faces Gulf blushed even more realizing there were people in the room.
Mew smiled.
Gulf was shy.
Mame loved it.
The chemistry between the two had reached her attention.
She leaned on her left to her fellow judge, flipping the pages of the script in her hand. She reached out for a highlighter and scribbled on the pages.
"Make them do this scene."
"Another kiss scene?" The judge asked taken aback by the decision
"Yes, I want to confirm something."
The judge stood up from where he had been sitting and approached the boys.
"Good job boys. Flip on to page 6 Act 7 Scene II. Five minutes of memorizing your lines and let us know when you're ready.
They both nodded their heads and opened their scripts. They didn't take long.
"Are you ready p'" Gulf asked as he placed his script on the small table near them.
Mew nodded as he placed the script down memorizing the last line in his head.
They executed the scene flawlessly. It was time for the kiss.
Mame took her glasses from the table and put them on. She wanted a closer look.
Mew held Gulf's neck and slowly leaned in for a kiss. He was thinking of stopping before their lips touch but Gulf was thinking otherwise.
The move Mew had done earlier had confused him.
He saw Mew leaning and he moved in too. When Mew stopped, Gulf did not. He went straight for the lips and kissed a startled Mew. Mew subtly jolted in shock. A move missed by many as they were shocked and excited by the sudden turn of events. Mew reciprocated the kiss and went along. He didn't want a hitch in their acting.
Mame took off her glasses satisfied.
She turned and faced her fellow judges.
"Ladies and Gentleman I'm proud to announce to you that we have found Type's Tharn"
