underneath the shimmering stars,
is a soul full of hope.
a heart that seems to be far,
to misery she finds it hard to cope.
there's a hole in her heart,
and tears in her eyes.
to which the how's remained unanswered,
even the why's.
there's the pain she can't hide,
from the whole world that stared.
for there's a man he surely misses,
