Lindsey pov.
I got done with my homework at around four o'clock after I got done I got my laptop out and opened Netflix so I could start watching a movie. While I waited for the movie to load, I decided to go downstairs into the kitchen to get a snack.
When I walked into the kitchen, I saw dad sitting at the table working on something.
"What are you working on?" I asked him.
"I'm grading papers, did you get your homework done yet?" Dad said to me.
"Yep, " I said to him.
After I was finished talking to dad started to walk back to my bedroom until Aspen stopped me as she was walking through the front door of the house.
Aspen asked me if I could stay in my room tonight because some of her friends are coming over.
I said, " yeah." Then I went to my room. When I got back to my room, put my food and drink on my nightstand, that's by my bed. Then started the movie, while I was in the middle of the movie, I got a text message on my phone from a number I didn't recognize.
I opened the message to see what the person wanted. The text said, " Hey, Lindsey, it's Nathan."
I texted back, " Hey, Nathan, what are you up to."
" Nothing much, I just got home from football practice." He messages back.
We talked for about 45 minutes until I eventually fell asleep.
