Mission - Part 1

- At Planet Quabaq -

"Why do I have to do this mission when those imbeciles get to rest all day long."

Solar let out a sighed as his eyes busy scanning his surrounding looking for something. Besides him was Thorn who was occupied with enjoying the magnificent forest around him. Yet upon hearing solar frustrated tone, he could only let out a chuckle.

"Well it can't be help. After all you lose fair and square at the game."

Remembering THAT game only made Solar sighed in frustration even more. It all started when commander Koko Ci issued the brothers their mission.

- 2 hours before mission -

"So your mission today is to scout and capture a group of illegal drug dealer that has made his escape at Planet Quabaq. I'll need four people to do this mission. The rest can stay as a back-up." Koko Ci stated.

"Planet Quabaq!? Then I'll go!" Thorn exclaim in joy as he heard their mission is at a place full of plants. Well its his domain, no one can argue that.

Gempa and Taufan also volunteer for the mission making the last seat in debate for the remaining siblings.

"So who is it gonna be?" Koko Ci asked.

Hali and Solar who was looking at each other quickly responded.

"No."
"I still have a research I haven't finish yet, so no."

"How about Ic-"

"Zzzzzz"

"Nevermined"

All eyes was on Api as he is the last one that has yet to respond. Realising this he quickly refuted.

"Not me! That place is boring."
He then muttered in a low voice 'If Thorn see me accidentally burned some of the plants, he would most definitely strangle me to death.'

"What was that Api?" Thorn asked in innocent tone yet his smile shows the opposite.

"N-no, it's nothing!" Api replied in quivering voice.

Realising that none of them volunteered for the last spot leaves only one option. A dumb option.

"Lets decide this with rock, paper, scissors."

- 2 hours later -

"I can't believe I lost to that idiot pikachu, a lazy polar bear and that stupid circus clown! Me of all people?!"

Solar screamed in agony as he remembered the victory that was plastered at his brothers faces as he loss. Even Ice was smirking in his sleep.

Thorn laughed at his younger brothers temperament. "Haha, it looks like your luck is pretty bad for someone who is smart."

Solar grunt at Thorn's remark of him and continued his searching for any clues or trails that the illegal drug dealer may have left behind. Thorn who sees Solar has put his focus back on the mission went to assist him.

'BEEP-BEEP'

A sudden incoming call from their watch interrupted their attention. A holographic figure shows at it, it was Taufan.

"Solar, Thorn! Thank god your safe."

Solar immediately recognize the urgency from Taufan's frantic voice.

"Taufan what happened? Where are you right now? And you're injuried!" Solar asked in concern after noticing some bruises and blood running down at the conner of his head.

"I'm fine, it's just a graze. More importantly we were attacked by the drug dealer group. And right now Gempa's missing!" Taufan said while giving his location to Solar and Thorn for backup.

Solar and Thorn was shock by the situation and began to move towards Taufan's location. "Wh- how?!"

"I-i don't know, I passed out. I'm searching for him now. Before I completely passed out, I saw him trying to defend me...th-?!!!"

As Solar is about to open his mouth to asked, the call was immediately cut off.

"Solar...."

Thorn's voice knock him back to his senses as he realised that his feet had stop running. Both of them were highly strung after seeing the last call.

Although the image was blurry but from it they could make out a figure was laying motionless on the ground.

Both of them hope for the figure to be the criminal but all of that was thrown off the window by the expression on Taufan's face right before the call was cut off.

His face was filled with terror.

"Let's hurry." Thorn nodded. Both of them then proceed their run with the only thing that can be heard was the sound of hasty footsteps and their own chaotic minds.
