Valerie's POV
Today is the day, the day that I'll be seeing my dad again I guess I'm more happy than I thought but I guess I'll need to come back from school before seeing them....ugh... school life can be annoying sometimes.....
I lazily make my way to the bathroom and start my bathroom business I feel I should wear something exceptional since I'll be seeing my brother so I decide to go for something that will make me feel pretty when I see them, I know it's awkward but it probably one of the many weird things about me. After much thoughts i go for a neon green turtle neck tank top and a black nylon like sweat pants with a match black and neon green canvas....
"Okay mum i ready for school" I tell her as i walk to the kitchen to give her a kiss
"Oh okay dear let me quickly get my keys" she says leaving the onions that she's chopping
"Never mind mum Gemma is already waiting for me"
"Okay dear be good" she says hugging me

"Hey Gem" I say hopping into the passenger seat
"I'm kinda curious but hey what's up?" I can see her eyes going around my outfit
" I'm good I know you are wondering why my sudden change of style"
"Um...yeah" she says starting the car
"My dad and brother are moving in today and I want to look my best" I say smiling
" I never knew you had a brother" she says as we make a turn to the road leading to my school
"Yes I have and trust me you guys will make a good match" I say teasingly
" I doubt but let's see. So would you mind if I ask what led to you moving here and leaving your dad"
I could hear the curiosity in her voice and I feel she has earned my trust..
"I'll tell you during lunch"
" Okay but if you are trying to get away with the topic you can as well tell me you know"
"Don't be silly Gemma, I'm going to tell you but not now cause apparently we are already in school" I say grabbing my backpack from the back seat
"Fair enough. Okay Val I'll see you during lunch because I don't think we are going to have any lesson together" she says as we enter the building...
