Max had just finished working and was on his way home when he suddenly bumped into someone on the sidewalk. "I'm so sorry..." he apologised and was about to continue walking when he realised who he bumped into.

"Tul?" "Oh, Max? Hi! How are you man?" "I'm doing good, you?" "Same. It's been a long time, huh?" "True."

It was Tul, his high school friend. They haven't seen each other in couple of years to say the least.

"I'm really sorry man, but I'm kinda in a hurry. If you want though we could go for coffee or something sometime, to carch up?" Max agree to Tul's suggestion and hands him his phone so Tul can type in his number. They go their separate ways.

----------------
Few days later Max gets a phone call. It's Tul inviting him to his sister's birthday party. "Are you sure? Won't it be weird if she doesn't remember me?"

"Don't overthink. She remembers you - I asked her. Plus, I'm allowed a plus one even if she doesn't know the person, so-" "Okay, you're right. See you tomorrow." "See ya."

It's friday night. Max's standing in front of his closet, thinking what he should wear. It's a beach party but it's also not extremely hot. It's only when it's time to go that he randomly picks a shirt and some shorts before finally leaving.

Tul waits for him at the parking lot and leads him to the party. First they both congratulate May (Tul's sister) then they find some drinks.

The night goes on well. They drink and talk about their lives and what's been going on since they last saw each other.

"We used to have so much fun together. We really were great friends. What happened to us?" Max asks just to regret it immediately as he knows Tul's answer:

"I think you remember. I started liking you, you moved, we never spike again..." "Sucks man..." "You're damn right it sucks."

Those last words from Tul's mouth are delivered with noticable anger/irritation. It scares Max at first but he soon remembers it's just who Tul is.

The later soon calms down and asks: "If you didn't move after I told you I like you, where would we be today...?"

Max doesn't take long to answer. He's been regreting his choice to abandon his friend for way too long. As soon as the question stops he shoots out: "Married."

Tul's eyes widen. He waits for almost a minute to see if Max would start to laugh  saying it's a joke, but he doesn't. He meant it.

Tul has to sit down. It's too much for him. He's been dreaming of this little reunion of theirs and in his head he went through all the possible scenarios of their conversation, none of which included Max saying that.

Max on the other hand doesn't understand what he said wrong for Tul to be in this state now. He sits next to him and places one hand on his shoulder. "You okay?"

Tul doesn't respond. Instead he looks into Max's eyes and kisses him. Max doesn't resist so Tul doesn't move away.

When they finally break apart Tul jumps up, grabs Max's hand and starts running while he drags Max with him.

"Where are we going?" Max asks. "My sister ordered me to book a room so I won't drive home drunk. It's here, nearby."

They reach the room and Tul quickly unlocks the door. The minute they enter they start to kiss. Their kisses are sloppy, passionate and all over the place.

As they approach the bed their clothes start to go off and as Tul's knees hit the edge of the bed they only have their boxers on.

Tul sits on the bed and Max places himself of his lap. Their hands are all over the other's body as Tul kisses Max's chest and sucks on his nipples.

Max moans as he pushes Tul on his back and climbs on him. He grinds on his bulge making Tul moan too. Soon their boxers are off too and Max positions himself above Tul so they're doing 69.
---------------------
It's next year and it's May's birthday again. This time though Max and Tul actually are married.

They sneak away from the party to lay on a terrace and watch the stars. Then all of a sudden Tul speaks: "You were right. Last year. We actually would have been married."

Max looks at him and smiles. "You actually remember that conversation?" "Of course I do. It brought you back to me." "You're right. It did."

They move closer together so they can kiss gently. They hug and bury their faces in each other's necks.

"I love you," says Max and Tul hugs him even tighter. "I love you even more."

In that moment Tul notices a shooting star and points it out to Max so he wouldn't miss it. Max is the first to make a wish:

"I wish we never argue and I wish our love would never end." Tul leans his head on his shoulder saying: "I hope your wishes always come true."
