Eric Forman's Basement
Eric sat in the basement of his house, his friends sitting across from him starring awaiting his response. They wanted to do what most teenagers want to do. Get drunk. So there they sat, Michael Kelso, Steven Hyde, Donna Pinciotti and Skylar Pinciotti.
"Eric, it is time" Hyde stated, in a serious manner.
"Why don't you do it?" Eric asked.
"Because it's your house" Hyde retorted.
"Your house" Kelso copied.
The two Pinciotti twins looked at each other and shared an eye roll.
"Listen to them up there" Hyde said, pointing to the ceiling. "The party has reached critical mass. In 10 minutes there will be no more beer opportunities."
"If my dad catches me coping beers, he'll kill me" Eric said.
"That's a risk I'm willing to take" Hyde said, patting Eric's knee.
"Oh you're pathetic" Skylar said. "Eric, you don't have to if you don't want to. These losers have gone without drinking before, they can do it again."
"Thanks Sky" he said with a smile.
"Don't listen to your girlfriend" Kelso yelled. Eric and Skylar were often reffered to as each other's significant others even though they weren't a couple. They were just really.... really close and had known each other for a very... very long time. "Listen, don't worry about it. Just remain calm, keep moving"
"And above all else" Donna started to finish the mission objective, "don't get sucked into our Dad's hair."
"Yeah" I said, shaking my head. "That is one entrancing do."
"And Eric" Hyde said. He stood up and grabbed Eric's face. "Cold. Definitely cold."
Eric nodded in understanding and ran up the stairs to complete his mission.
"God Speed Forman" Skylar yelled. "The beautiful brave bastard." She faked choking back tears. The whole gang knew how scary Red could get when he was pissed at Eric... which was always.
"How much you wanna bet he gets caught?" Donna asked Skylar.
"I'd rather not think about him getting killed by his father, thanks though" Skylar said.
"I bet $5" Hyde said.
"Oh count me in!" Kelso shouted while laughing. They all pulled out $5 and handed it to Skylar. "Wait... Skylar's not in the bet, how come she gets the money?"
"She's the bank Kelso" Donna said, laughing.
"How rude Donna, that's your sister!" Kelso shouted.
"No you idiot" Hyde said. "The only way it's fair is if someone outside of the bet keeps the money safe and gives it to the rightful winner."
"Oh" Kelso laughed, handing Skylar his $5. "That makes sense."
Hyde opened up a magazine and started to flip through it while I put on a record. Kelso started jamming out to the music and Donna got up from the armchair she was sitting in to sit next to Hyde and read the magazine.
"Check it out" Hyde said, holding the flipped magazine out so Kelso could see it. It was a "provocative" magazine.
"I see that everyday" Donna said.
