Kylie
Liverpool.
A place I thought I'd NEVER find myself in again. A place I once considered home. A place that is 60% of my life. The moment my jet landed, the moment I stepped on the ground and inhaled the air, I was sent spiraling in a crazy tornado of emotions. Emotions that I can't explain. Am I happy? Am I sad? Am I surprised? I don't know.
Honestly, this took a LOT of thinking. I spent a whole week thinking about my dad's offer. Scentsational holds a huge spot in my dad's heart, because it was his first company, it was What gave birth to this business empire we own right now. It means so much to him, I just couldn't say no. Also, more money and opportunities for me. I'll do anything to expand my already massive business empire, and If moving to a city that caused me so much pain is 'anything' then so be it. And besides, I'm only gonna be here until Scentsational gets back in the market, I am so gonna bring my A game, I should be out of here in 6 months.
Bad bitch Kylie is on full blast anyways so this should be quite fun 😏
Ruby and I were all settled down in the brand new luxury 3 bedrooms flat. This is actually our second day in Liverpool but we've been So busy with unboxing our stuff and rearranging the house to my taste. Its already furnished, but I didn't like how the things were arranged. It's so cute, not too big and not too small either, it has neutral colors, huge bedrooms, cozy lounge rooms, massive kitchen and a coffee maker too. I literally screamed when I saw that.
"Why do we need 12 gallons of milk?" Ruby Asked as I threw another gallon of milk into the already full trolley. We were at the local supermarket to get a few groceries to stock up and finally make the house a home.
"So we don't have to come back here for the next three months" I replied "what else is on the list?"
"Just sugar and eggs"
"Finally!" I exclaimed.
We've been in the place for almost two hours, I feel suffocated and I can't wait to go back home. I'm good with clothes shopping but grocery shopping? Hell no!
We got about 7 crates of eggs and put them in a different trolley and then headed down the isle to find sugar. I sent ruby to get brown sugar from the other end while i get normal sugar, which was placed on the top shelf. I had to start jumping up and down, and that still didn't help me in any way.
I can't even imagine how ridiculous I look. This is why I live for high heels. The one time I chose to wear flats, I end up having to jump up and down to reach a pack of sugar.
Where my short girls at?
"Here you go" I heard a voice from behind me. A VERY familiar voice to be precise.
I turned around immediately, and there he was, grinning widely with the pack of sugar in his hands
"Jadon?" I raised an eyebrow.
"Hey Kylie" he smiled.
"What are you doing in Liverpool?" We both Asked each other at the same time, which made both of us chuckle.
"Well, I'm here for work. You?" I Said.
"I'm on vacation"
"Vacation? In Liverpool?"
"Actually the main reason I'm here is to spend time with my grandmother. Haven't seen her in three years now"
"Oh wow"
He smiled.
"So do you need more sugar or is this enough?" He asked.
"I actually need a lot more. 9 more packs please"
