As a teacher, it was practically instinct for Alex to keep away from the TV, and while she did see some show's appeal (she was a sucker for cartoons) she couldn't quite understand why Mike was such a brat because of it. Or maybe she just didn't want to, perhaps another teacher's instinct.

It's a shame, She thought as Mike interrupted Willy with his TV know-how, he could've used those brains for a much better cause. Her arm unconsciously snaked around Charlie's shoulder, he noticed but said nothing.

"So I said to myself," Continued Willy, "If they can do it with a photograph why can't I do it with a bar of chocolate?" Alex felt her eyes widen at the idea, then further when the gigantic bar was brought in. She giggled, and Charlie looked up at her, she lowered her lips to his ear. "I was just thinking how much ten-year-old me would've loved to eat that in one sitting." Charlie covered his mouth as they shared a giggle, Willy watching them with a secret smile of his own.

"Goggles on please." (They all obeyed.) "Lights, camera, action!" There was a flash of white light, as Mrs. Teevee screamed (Alex and Charlie squeezed the hands of each other to keep from laughing at the sound), and the bar was gone.

"Where's the chocolate?" Asked Charlie as they removed their goggles. "It's flying over our heads in a million pieces." Replied Willy, taking a moment to enjoy the sight of Alex with her head gracefully tilted back and her eyes turned upwards.

"Now watch the screen!" Exclaimed the eager chocolatier, and sure enough after pressing a few funny-sounding buttons, the now smaller bar of chocolate appeared amidst a canvas of black. Alex felt a childish part of her squeal, she almost jumped for joy when Charlie took the bar (sharing some with her of course).

A short-lived feeling when Mike decided to use Wonka-Vision on himself. Alex almost wished Willy did stop him.

It was almost funny to see how unaffected mentally the boy was and how dramatic the mom turned out to be, Alex smiled as she rewove her arm within Willy's and he cast her a sweet look.

Despite knowing they probably deserved it, Alex was still considered about the other kids as they exited the room. Their parents aren't going to treat them the same way, but I wonder how they plan on disciplining them. Bad kids or not, there's a limit on everything for a reason.

"What happened?" Charlie asked, snapping her back to the matter at hand. "Did we do something wrong?" Her gaze rose to Willy's office door.

"I don't know, but we're gonna find out."
