Jimin didn't really know what to say. He was truly at a loss for words.

Was this really the man that he had lost that night? The man that he could run after because of his job hours? His calling was so strong then, and it is now, but it felt like it was spiraling out of control. While his calling was so strongly pulling towards Taehyung and screaming for him to submit. That he was safe no matter what. Yet there was something else that was telling him now to cower in fear.

The past is hard to kill apparently.

"I-I can't believe I'm actually seeing you again," Jimin utters in disbelief, and Taehyung leans forwards, his entire demeanor cool and collected. It made Jimin shudder in excitement. He hasn't felt like this before in such a long time. Was wanted to relish in this feeling forever. "I thought that... that night we would-"

"Never meet again?" The males finishes, his voice deep and making Jimin's bone shudder. Jimin's legs get a little wobbly at this encounter, and he wanted to sit in Taehyung's lap and just lay there. Tell the other everything. His past, what he wants for his future, anything. Yet something was stopping him from doing that right then and there. Common sense, probably. "Trust me, Angel, I feared the same too."

"So... you think...?" Jimin knew the other could tell just by their whole conversation. They had to be soulmates. There was no way they weren't. And Jimin was so glad that it was Taehyung. He didn't know much about the other male. He just knew that his brown hair and golden skin looked too good to be true. And on that night they first met, Jimin's entire show almost gotten messed up just by taking one glance into his striking eyes. This must be too good to be true.

"Sit down. Those heels look uncomfortable." Taehyung suggests. And while Jimin might just be imagining it, it sounded more like a command than anything. And Jimin was more than willing to oblige.

He needs to calm down.

This was the kind of mistake he made last time.

Jimin begins to move towards the stage to sit down, but then he hears a noise of disapproval from Taehyung. Upon turning back towards Taehyung, the other male motions for Jimin to come closer. Had this been anyone else, Jimin would've said that they have to pay significantly extra in order to touch him. And if they even offered to pay, he would just tell them that of all dancers, he was not allowed to be touched. But this wasn't just anyone.

This was him.

His calling was too strong to not be true right now. There's no way they aren't soulmates. And if they are, Jimin wanted so desperately to have a connection with him. To finally get a real mark with a soulmate who is truly his. He wants that so so badly.

He shyly begins walking over, the shoes making it beyond difficult. Taehyung reaches out to him, but suddenly his hands stop. Jimin gasps softly, and his eyes stare down at Taehyung's (significantly) larger hands. Longer fingers. Much longer than Jimin's own. Jimin needs to get out of his own head right now.

"Am I allowed to touch you, Angel?" He asks, and Jimin genuinely wants to melt. No one has called him that nickname like that in forever. Yes, Taehyung said it before, but that was only once. Jimin presumed it was just a one-time thing and thought nothing of it. But hearing it a second time so casually on Taehyung tongue, Jimin thought he would break down. His throat is closed, his eyes are blurry, and all he can do is nod slowly.

Taehyung smirks and one of his warm hands grasp onto Jimin's wrist, gently tugging him closer. The tugging, despite being deliciously gentle, still made Jimin lose most of his balance. He falls into Taehyung's lap, which was the intended location, but he probably could've done so with more grace and flow than a soft 'oof' into his plush thighs.
