Topanga was holding a box Christmas decorations to hand to the kids as they hung them on the tree. She continued to hand them the decorations as she spoke to Cory,

"Honey, this is the first year hosting the holidays. Is your mom gonna go easy on me?" She said to him as he walked over.

"Do you want comfort or truth?" Cory asked.

"Comfort," Topanga smiled.

"It's going to be hideous," Cory said with honesty.

"I said I wanted you to comfort me!" Topanga reminded.

Cory puts his arm around Topanga comfortingly and said, "It's going to be hideous."

Riley stopped hanging up decorations on the tree and walked next to her parents. Cory lets go of Topanga so they can pay attention to what she was going to say.

"It's Maya's first time with us and I need the holidays to go good for her," Riley told her parents.

"Well, I need the holidays to go good for your mother," Topanga turns around and looks at Cory.

"Lair!" Topanga corrected him.

Cory smiles and points to himself with his thumbs, "Lair!" He agreed with Topanga then said. "I need the holidays to be good for Shawn. Shawn's coming!" He jumped in place.

The intercom buzzes. Cory to rushes over to the intercom and pressed the button in hope that it was Shawn. "Shawn?!" He asks into the intercom.

"Maya!" She said on the intercom.

Cory continues to hold the button with hope. "Shawn?!" He asks again into the intercom again still with hopeful smile on his face.

"Aww, what's the matter. Your boyfriend's not here yet?" Maya questioned in a teasing way.

"He's not my boyfriend!" Cory argued.

Elliott raises his eyebrow as he holds up an ornament and looks to his father. "Really? Then what are we going to do with this Cory and Shawn 4-evah ornament?" He slightly smirks.

Cory slowly starts to walk over as he points to the ornament in his sons hand while stuttering. "Oh? Th-that that's going right in front of the Cory and Topanga wedding ornament."

He grabs the ornament and puts it right in front of the Cory and Topanga wedding ornament like he said. Riley quickly turns around with a questionable look.

"My whole life." Topanga explains.

"Auggie, wanna help with dinner?" Topanga asks. Auggie takes her hand and walks with her to the kitchen.

The door opens and Maya walks in with a card in one hand and a skateboard in her other hand but it was behind her back. She didn't want Elliott to see what she got him right away.

"I don't even think he's real," Maya argued.

"I've known the guy my whole life and he's real," Cory insisted.

"You're fun to play with," Maya smiles then walked up to Riley and Elliott. "Riley, I got you a present." She handed Riley the card as Riley started reading it.

"A donation been made in your name to the Maya new winter coat fund," Riley read and closes the card then she smiled at Maya. "Thanks you. It's beautiful."

"I'm glad you like it," Maya said then looked at Elliott. "And Elliott, I got this for you." He smiled and handed him the skateboard knowing he loves to skate.

"Cool! You got me the original Xtreme skateboard," Elliott said in shock observing the board smiling.

"You're welcome," Maya smiled. "I never know what to get people." She added.

"Oh! Maya, I got you something too," Elliott grinned as he walked over to couch and grabbed the art supplies from under the pillow before handing them to Maya.

"Art supplies?" Maya looked at them.

"Yeah. I mean I know how much you love to draw and paint so I got those for you," Elliott grinned holding his new skateboard.

Maya looked up and smiled brightly at Elliott. "Thank you, honey." She said hugging him.

Riley gave a confused shock look. "Wait a minute! Are you two dating now? Did I miss something? Why did nobody tell me?"

"Riley, calm down," Elliott chuckled smiling. "We're not dating. If we were dating... we would've told you."

"Only because someone won't tell me if they like me back or not," Maya turns to look at Elliott but while she was talking he saw a plate of cookies sitting on the table and walked to them.

She gives him a questionable look but smiles and shrugs it off before turning back to Riley. "So what's the deal on this mysterious uncle Shawn?" Maya asked.

"I don't see him a lot... I don't think he likes me," Riley said in her honest opinion.

"Riley," Cory said in shock as he stopped what he was doing.

"How could someone not like you?" Maya asked confused.

"Ask him and let me know," Riley said with a shrug.

The intercom buzzes.

"Shawn!" Cory screams excitedly and runs to the intercom and holds the button hoping for his friend.

"No. It's your parents," Alan said on the intercom.

"Rats...!" Cory said disappointed putting his hand on his hip.

"Let me explain how a speaker box works," Alan suggested.

"This holidays are important to me, Alan. How much of a fiasco do you think it's going to be?" Amy asked her husband not knowing that she was talking into the intercom.

Cory slightly nods as he points to the intercom. Topanga turns around to Cory with a shock expression, jaw dropped.

Alan says to Amy, "Let me explain how a speaker box works."

"Hideous already," Cory shook his head.

"How about I throw this pot at you!?" Topanga said as she held up the pot in her hand angrily.

"They don't think you're real, but I know you are," Cory said to the Shawn on the ornament in a baby voice. Topanga throws the pot at Cory but he catches and look at it before looking back at the Shawn on the ornament still talking in his baby voice. "She tried to hurt you Shawn."

Maya looks at Cory wide eyed with questionable look at him while she helped Riley and Elliott continue to decorate the tree.
