I woke up as class was ending. I packed my things into my backpack and left the classroom. It was the end of the day and I was walking out the school with my headphones on listening to music. I grabbed my skateboard and left home skating to school.

I stopped by an ice cream place to get a sundae. I got a sundae and sat down eating it while still listening to music. Benny Smalls and Yeah-Yeah walked in.

Yeah-Yeah scram running to me
Y-oh hi
Smalls-hey y/n
He gave me hug
Benny was ordering everyone an ice cream
Y-where is Timmy and Tommy?
Yeah-Yeah-they left to Florida already
Y-oh
Smalls-so uhh wanna hang out here?
Yeah-Yeah-yes come on y/n?
Benny walked up to us

He hugged me

I smiled nervously
Y-uhh I have to use the restroom
I got up and went to the restroom not wanting to talk to Benny cause I was nervous about the kiss. I washed my hands and went back. I walked to where my table was and seen Nessa and Lauren there

I said quickly
Smalls-come sit y/n
He sat patting the seat next to him
I sat by Smalls and Yeah-Yeah and Benny was next to Nessa and Lauren
Nessa-so why are hanging here?
Y-I always hang here
I said annoyed
Lauren-why they the people who work here probably don't like you
She chuckled
Yeah-Yeah-why don't you leave her alone?
Y-there's only 2 people who work here ?
Lauren-then they don't like you

Y-imma go before something bad happens
I got up and walked to throw away my the rest of my ice cream
Benny-wait no y/n. Stay
Y-I'm fine
Nessa-why do you want her to stay.
Lauren-oh so you do like her Mattia?
Benny-what no!
I looked at Benny confused. That's not what you said in the janitors closet.
Smalls-just stay please?
Nessa-why she's just a dumb girl
She chuckled

Y-I'm good guys. Really
Nessa-awww are you gonna cry?
she smirked
Nessa-right Benny
Benny looked at Nessa and back at me his face looked sad
Benny-yea. She's just dumb ghetto girl.
Lauren and Nessa laughed
Yeah-Yeah-dude wtf?!
Smalls-why would you say that?!
Owner-stop yelling please
Lauren-told you they don't like you
Y-I'm leaving.
I went to the back of the store where they kept their ice cream to grab my skateboard. I know the owners there I always hang out there afterschool and I usually help them out when they need it.
Y-bye Mr. and Mrs. Johnson (the owners of the place)
Me. & Mrs.J-bye sweetie
Benny-wait y/n
Benny grabbed my arm
I looked at him mad and sad at the same time
I grabbed the ice cream from the table and poured it on Mattia's head and Charli's head
Y-sorry Mr. Johnson
Mr.J-it's okay y/n. I'll clean it up
I walked out the ice cream place and rode my skateboard home. I heard Yeah-Yeah and Smalls scream out for me but I didn't turn back. I didn't want to. After what Benny told me in the janitors closet I actually thought I had a friend... Guess not. Apparently everyone just sees me as "Ghetto Girl" I got home and went on my phone not wanting to talk to anyone. I got a text from Smalls
