Fireworks

Chapter 6

A few months have gone by and we had started rehearsals. I got cast as Zoey/GreenPeace Girl/Alice/Cop in the new show called The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals. Luckily I also had Lauren and Joey there as well. Along with Jamie and a couple new guys whose names were Jeff and Jon. Joe and I had begun dating after that kiss, only person who knew about it was Brian Rosenthal. He was my best friend and he also caught us that day at the cookout. We didn't want people to know due to the fact that if everyone knew, Joey would know, and I didn't want Joey to get over protective. I know we only known each for a few months, but he said I was still his little sister and he was going to make sure I was protected. Its nice in a way because I never really had anyone like that in my life. He would kick Joe's ass if he found out. Unfortunately, Joe nor Brian was cast in the show. I also didn't want them to see the practices either because I wanted them to be surprised in my acting debut. After practice Joe picked me up because Joey was going too hang out with Lauren, Jamie, Jon and Jeff at the bar and I wasn't feeling like drinking tonight. "Hey, babe!" Joe said as he pulled up. I got into the car and leaned over and kissed him. 

"Hey!" I said as I pulled away. "You want to come chill with me tonight? Everyone else went to the bar as you know." I asked.

"I'd love to" He smiled and we headed back to Joey's place. Once we go there, I got a quick shower. After I finished, I wrapped myself in a towel and walked back to my room. I quickly closed the door and turned around to see Joe looking at all the pictures. 

"Fuck, Joe!" I said nearly dropping my towel. He turned to me and chuckled. 

"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you, I was just looking at all your pictures."

"Well, I need to get to dressed. So, if you don't mind, can you leave so I can?" I asked slightly smiling a him. He had just noticed I was only wearing a towel and was looking me up and down. 

"I don't think I want to" He winked. God I hated when he winked. He set the zoo he let out those months ago run wild. He slowly made his way over to me and kissed me. I kissed him back and he led me to my bed. I think you all know what happens next. 

*TIME SKIP*

We were finally sitting on the couch watching a movie when the gang rolled in. It must've been nearly one in the morning. some passed out on the chairs and floor while Joey went off into his room. Jeff had actually just laid down on the kitchen table and everyone, except for Joe, Rosenthal and I were asleep. "I'm assuming you were DD?" I asked Brian.

"Unfortunately" he sighed. 

"I should get going. I'll see you guys later" Joe said as he pecked me on the lips. I waved bye and looked at Brian and gave a wide smile. He just looked at me. I dragged him to my room. 

"Why are you smiling like that?" He asked chuckling. I quickly closed the door and looked at him.

"I may have just lost something." I started to blush. He just looked at me confused for a moment until his eyes got wide. 

"Holy Shit!" He practically yelled.

"Shh! Brian! I don't want the world to know!" I laughed.

"Was it..... good? Wait? No! Don't answer that! I don't want to know!" He said clearly a bit freaked out a bit. We talked some more about different shit trying to avoid the whole losing your virginity thing. "Well, its pretty late. I should probably get home and salvage what sleep time I have left." Brian laughed.

"You can sleep here if you want? I mean, it's not like you like me or anything." I smiled and he smiled back. We got into bed and slept a good deep sleep.
