Craig's POV

I run around my tiny apartment, cleaning it so It didn't look like a total garbage dump.

The sound of knocking breaks me from my thoughts. I dust myself off and fix my hair a bit before running to the door. "Coming!" I shout.

I open the door and do that thing people do in movies when they open the door and lean against it with their hand up holding the frame of the door, ya know what I'm talking about? No, ok cool.

"Hey Tyler!" I exclaim, placing a smile across my face. I was panting slightly, my cheeks red from running around. He raises his eyebrow at me then looks behind me into my apartment. "Where are your parents?" He asks looking back to me. I look down and let out a nervous chuckle. "Well I, I kinda live alone." I play with my hands and continue looking down at the floor. He says something under his breath but I don't catch it.

"Please, come in." I step aside to let him in to which he gladly takes. He nods at me as he walks by.

I close and lock the door before making my way over to Tyler who was sitting on the couch. He was looking around then to me when I sat beside him.

"You have a lot of explaining to do." He says. I lean back and chuckle. "Yeah I know." I reply. "Then start explaining." He gestures for me to start, so I do.

--------------------------------------------------------------

"So you've been living here for over a year by yourself? And no one knows?" Tyler asks. He was very shocked when I told him, also worried for my health.

"Yes, I don't eat a lot because I barely have any money. I spent the last of it on you to make sure you had food and ate." His eyes widen and lock with mine. "Are you seriously?" He asks, his eyebrows raised to their fullest. "Mmhmm." I hum. He groans then gets up, I cock my eyebrow at him well crossing my arms.

He steps in front of me and holds his hand out, guessing for me to grab. I look to his hand then him before slowly bringing my hand up and into his. He grips it tightly and pulls me up, pressing me against his chest.

I look up at him, searching for any answers to what he was doing. "How much money did you spend on me?" He asks. "About 100 probably, why?" He sighs loudly and wraps his arm around my shoulders. "You remind me so much of her.." his voice was just above a whisper. I didn't need to ask who he was referring to, it was pretty obvious who he was talking about.

"I know I shouldn't bring this up but how?" Tyler wraps his other hand in my hair, messing around with it. "You put others before yourself, no matter what it could do to you. Which is exactly what you did for me." His voice was trembling. I pull away from him slightly and cup his face, making him look down at me. "You mean a lot to me Tyler, I will do absolutely anything for you to be happy, no matter what it could do to me I wouldn't think twice." His bottom lip quivers as he hugs me.

"You're a f-fucking asshole." He chuckles. I join him as he pulls away from me. "Why would you say that?" I ask well smiling. "Because you always seem to make me cry." He replies. I giggle and ruffle his hair (don't know if that's a saying or not, tell me if I'm wrong) "I know how to get into people's hearts." He chuckles and kisses my forehead.

"Wanna cuddle?" I ask, tilting my head to the side. "I thought you'd never ask." He smirks making me giggle.

--------------------------------------------------------------

"Why did you come here again?" I ask. He looks up from my chest and sighs. "I was worried about you, we were on the news and they put some information out there about you." I groan, remembering the stupid news lady. "So unfair." I say. Tyler chuckles as he sits up. "Tell me about it." I giggle as I sit up also only to wrap my arms around Tyler's neck and bring him back down with me.

"Are you spending the night or no?" I ask. "I would love too, but how are we gonna get to school? We can't go together." He makes a good point. "What about Friday then?" He smirks and kisses me. "Of course." I giggle and kiss him again.

A phone ringing makes us pull away from each other. Tyler grabs his phone from his pocket. "It's my dad." I instantly begin to worry. Tyler smiles at me and kisses me once more before answering the phone and putting it on speaker.

"Hey dad."

"Where the hell are you!?" His father screams through the phone. Tyler groans quietly and sits up, me doing the same.

"I'm at a friends."

"Get home now."

With that his father hangs up.

"Tyler." I whisper. He turns his head to me and hums. "If he hurts you, tell me." I grip his hand as he sighs. "I will, now I got to go." I nod and walk him to the door.

Just as he was about to leave I widen my eyes. "Wait! Don't leave I need to grab something!" I shout as I run to my bedroom.

Once I find it I run back to the front door, panting slightly. Tyler raises his eyebrow at him as I hand him the key. "This is my extra house key, if you ever need somewhere to stay come here." His eyes widen a bit as he looks at me and the key. He slowly takes it and attaches it to his key holder thing. (No idea what it's called) He smiles to me and leans in, planting a soft kiss on my lips.

"See you tomorrow." He says.

"See you tomorrow, Tyler." He smiles and walks off. I lean against the doorframe and watch him as he walks away. Once he was gone from sight I go back into my apartment and close the door, locking it before making my way to my room.

He better not get himself hurt.
