BETHS POV

The world halted for a moment. All my thoughts were scattered, Alex, Alex was standing in front of me. The only person I have ever feared and leaves me weak. He ruined my life, he made me and my family move to get away from him. How had he been released from jail, horrible thoughts of all the things he did to me passed through my brain.

I stood up straight wiped the tears that were welling up from my eyes. He grinned maliciously, the smile which once made me so so happy. He took one step closer to me, lifting two of his fingers stroking my cheek. "Thats the strong confident Beth I fell in love with." I threw his fingers of my face very awake of the repercussions. His eyes grew wider and he clenched his teeth. He threw me against the wall and put his hand around my neck in an attempt to strangle me. "After 6 months apart you treat me like this, I came back for you, I will make sure we are together forever, no matter what happens".

My toes curled and I scrunched my eyes. I didn't know what to do he was hurting me so much. I lifted my knee up and kneed him in the crotch, he croutched in an attempt to comfort his balls😂. I ran as fast as I could away from the monster who gave me bruises and made me feel insecure and unsafe, I ran to streets I didnt know but I carried on. The streets were empty no one. I dropped my school bag as it was weighing me down. At the corner of my eye I saw a tree which could easily hide me, so naturally I ran to it and hid looking for Alex but he was no where in sight; I looked down to my phone and called the only person I could talk to right now.

Connor.

The phone kept ringing and I patiently waited still scared of where Alex was. He picked up. My mouth turned dry. I picked up the phone and put it close to my ear. "Bethany, Bethany whats wrong" He asked, his beautiful was all I needed. I opened my mouth to reply words were coming out then I heard a car engine. It was Alex

Speeding down the road, he had seen me. I was panting. "CONNOR CONNOR HELP ME ALEX ALEX HES BACK" I took the phone and put it in my back pocket I knew I wasn't going to make it. "Beth, Beth, whats wrong, alex what fuck fuck...." I could hear him confused stressing over what I told him.

Alex got out of the car and hit me across the face. I yelped, and I could still hear Connors voice. "CONNOR CONNOR HES TAKING ME" I screamed as Alex held me. Alex hadnt realised I was on the phone to Connor.

"Connor isn't going to save you, you little bitch, its just me and you, and just wait till the punishment you get for that knee in my crotch" Tears were falling out of my eyes like a tap. It was up to Connor to help me now.

CONNORS POV

Beth. Bethany has been taken by Alex. It all makes sense Alex was on the phone. Alex wants to take her
Back. This is all my fault. Shit Damnit I said punching the walls. "Con sit down lets make out" Maggie my at the moment girlfriend suggested. "Get out you slut" I yelled angry. Beth I have to find her.
