Butterflies. All I could feel were butterflies flying around my stomach and my entire body feel like spring. It felt as if millions of daisies had just bloomed and happy music was playing everywhere. I already loved Evelyn so much , but this made me love her even more.
I closed my eyes and kissed her back. The feeling of her lips on mine made me euphoric. I was melting into her arms and everything seemed so perfect—
until, Suwon came in abruptly.
He gasped and Evelyn immediately got off of me and I rolled to the other side of the bed. I was feeling so many emotions right now. I was empty, I wanted more, I was needy, I was upset, I confused, and I was also embarrassed. Ehh, those all kinda fall under the same category don't they?
I could tell that Eve was panicking on the inside. She was probably worried her homophobic parents would find out about this and she would literally be grounded for the rest of her life. I hoped that Suwon wouldn't say anything.
Suwon chuckled to himself. Evelyn looked at him with a visibly confused expression.
"Don't worry, I won't tell your parents about your little secret." Suwon chuckled again.
I mentally sighed in relief. I felt calm again and so did Eve.
"Uhh, Suwon, there's nothing going on here. We were just, Uh, messing around. Heh." She stuttered.
Ouch. That one hurt for sure, but what did I expect? We're not dating, she doesn't know that I like her, and she doesn't even know I like girls!
"If you say so. Dinner's ready now so you can come down now." Suwon bows before leaving.
It was silent for a moment. We didn't know what to say to each other, I mean we just kissed.
"Hey, it's just a kiss, right? It doesn't matter that much, right?" Evelyn asked me.
"Yeah, no. We can just forget about it." I shook my head.
"Alright then. Let's go eat dinner!" Eve beckoned.

Evelyn and I went downstairs to the dining room. It was pretty big and there was long wooden dining table with a pretty setup. We sat down next to each other and the chefs came with two big plates covered.
They placed our meals in front of us and we dug in immediately.

After dinner we cleaned up and got dressed in our pajamas. Now it was time for the real fun. We were going to sing karaoke, truth or dare, would you rather, jelly bean challenge, and watch a few classic 80s horror movies. The perfect way to have fun at a sleepover with your bestie.
We were in Eve's room thinking about what to do first.
"I think we should save the movies for last." Evelyn insisted.
I nodded in agreement and smiled as an idea came up.
"Let's do some karaoke first!" I burst.
Eve giggled at me and nodded her head.
So, we opened YouTube on her tv screen and searched up a song we could sing together.
"There's 'Breaking free'. Wanna do that?" I asked as I looked at my nails.
"Yeah, you can be Troy, I'll be Gabriella." She jumped up and down.
'I knew it.'
I clicked on 'breaking free' and I started first.
"We're soarin', flyin'
there's not a star in Heaven that we can't reach~" I sang trying to imitate Troy."If we're trying, so we're breaking free~" Eve sang. Her voice was beautiful and it had a nice sound. She was meant to play Gabriella.
"You know the world can see us, in a way that's different than who we are~"
"Creating space between us, 'till we're separate hearts~"
I stood next to her because I knew we had to sing together at this part.
"But your faith, it gives me strength, strength to believe..."
"WE'RE BREAKING FREE—!" I screamed from the top of my lungs. Evelyn bursted out laughing and of course, her contagious laughter caused me to laugh. All you could hear was our laughing and the instrumental in the background.
We eventually got ourselves together and we finished the song together.
"Aw man, it would've been cool if we got that on camera. You're so funny, Roni!" Eve laughed again as she rubbed my shoulder.
I blushed from her touch.
