Chapter 9: The end of this nightmare

McGEE'S POV:

I couldn't sleep knowing that we still had nothing about where is the psycopath killer. So I just went to the office, Gibbs was also there.

"Hey Boss, what are you doing here at 3 AM?"
"What do you think? Ellie's in danger, and Kiara deserve revenge. What about you?"
"Same, couldn't sleep."
"Ok let's work."
I start by going through everything again until I heard a ding, it was his phone, back on again, he was around Nick appartement.
"BOSS!! He's close to Torres's place!!"
"Okay let's go, call him and tell him!"

TORRES'S POV:

I heard my phone ringing but it was in the kitchen so I went to grab it. When I got into the living room, I saw someone was upon the couch, it wasn't Ellie, it was someone else. So I grab my gun and shot him between the eyes, he fell, on Ellie.
"Ellie, Ellie, Ellie!!" I run towards her and I saw her under the guys, covered in his blood, having trouble breathing. I push the body on the floor and pull her into a hug. She was having a panick attack.
"Hey hey hey, I got you, I got you, it's over, I got you." I said whispering.

GIBBS'S POV:

"He didn't answer." McGee said panicking.
"Well, where here, let's hope it's not to late."
When we got at his place, the door was open and Bishop and Torres where on the couch, she was strugguling to breath.

"I killed him." Torres said.
"Alright, good." I was relieved.
"Ellie, you're gonna come with me to the hospital, okay?" McGee said, she was not responding, I don't even think she was hearing us.
"Take her McGee, call us when she's better." I said.
"He was choking her, I didn't have a choice Gibbs."
"I know you did the best thing."
I called Ducky to come and take the body.
