GIBBS'S POV:
Nick came out with a paper in his hand. He threw it to me.
"You did this to her, YOU DID THIS TO HER!!" Torres was furious. I read the paper. Ellie quit, because of me. I went towards her room but Jack stopped me.
"You shouldn't go in Jethro. It's over."
I just lost one, probably two of my agent, the same day, because of me.
The next day, Torres and I were in Vance office.
"So, special agent Eleanor Bishop and special agent Nicholas Torres are quitting the NCIS. Gibbs, are you against their wish?"
"I'm not happy about it, but I understand, so no."
I will never forgive myself for this.
