The hum of the car engine, driving on a smooth country road seemed almost soothing. Trees peeking into the window, wizzing by in what seemed like a hurried assembly line. Their leaves were bright green; complementing the blue sky, with white sprinkled here and there. And grey clouds closing in from the distance.

(Y/N), her eyes freshly opened, watched this calmly. She was laying in the back seat of a car, that's all she knew. Someone had taken great care to wrap her cozily in a fluffy, grey blanket. It seemed odd. It wasn't needed; not at the moment at least. The sun was shining for now, it was warm.

At this moment, it occurred to (Y/N) that she did not have a car, know anyone who owned a car and most importantly did not remember getting into a car. Yet here she was, sleeping in the back seat of a car. She tried to lift her hand up to her face, only to be met with resistance; her hands were tied together.

She knew she should have been more scared then she was, but she knew she was overwhelmed with shock. What now? What does one do when they are tied up in a car, on their way to their probable demise.

(Y/N) tried to lift herself, see to what extent she was confined to the back seat. Luckily, to her surprise, she was only bound by the wrists. She tried to sit up subtly, not to alert her kidnapper(s). Her head was behind the drivers seat, at least.

The man had turned the car into a desolate road. The trees went from perky greenery to shadowy darkness. The trees were so dense that they had blocked out most of the light. (Y/N) could feel her heart begin to pound in her chest.

She could see that the driver was a man, a man with blond hair and green clothes. (Y/N) craned her neck slightly to the side to see his face but she was unsuccessful. The window was in the way. She pulled herself up, more into a sitting position. She could see the road now.

She could see that the place where they had entered, it looked like a pin drop of light; like her fading hope of survival. This road was quite and barely classified as a road. It was a dirt patch that lead further and further away from society. (Y/N) had almost forgotten that there was someone there with her, until she noticed the car was coming to a slow holt.

(Y/N) turned her head, catching a glimpse of the eyes of the driver, in the rear view mirror. Red, glowing eyes that pierced into her very being. That made her physically shrivel back into the seats and fade into the darkness.

When she opened her eyes she made eye contact with the same bright red eyes from before. She was still in the car. This time, they were upside down, looking directly at her. She couldn't do anything, speak or scream or attempt to run she just laid there, silently staring in horror.

The eyes shifted, looking up at her hands. Then back at her. Then they moved away all together. The panic set in and (Y/N) followed them, to see who they belonged to. Oh, yes. She remembered why she had fainted now. It was the man from her dreams.

It was link but he was evil looking. They sat silently, staring at each other. The man. Evil link, as (Y/N) had silently nicknamed him. Looked at her as if he was surprised too that they were there. (Y/N) couldn't understand, what was with his expression?

"Do you remember me?"

The man asked suddenly. His voice was smooth and yet, kind of glitchy? It was so subtle, if you weren't listening intensely you wouldn't notice it. That's the best way (Y/N) could explain it. She was caught off guard, it was just like her dream.

Actually, now that she thought about it; she was in pain. The kind of pain she would feel after falling. Like she did in her dream. Just before the man who bore an uncanny resemblance to the man from that dream, asked her if she remembers him.

"Uh- what?"

Was all she could say quietly in a mouse like whisper. She was visibly scared and confused and he knew that. He never took an eye off her, he kept his gaze firmly placed on her. He leaned forward and reached for the rope that bound her hands. Untying them.

She was still in the car, it was pulled over to the side of the dirt road. It was so deadly silent that (Y/N) couldn't even hear a bird or a passing car. She was truly in deep. The man had finished untying her bounds and threw them off to the side.

He took a step back to look at her, still waiting to hear her response. (Y/N) rubbed her wrists, they had turned red from the irritation of the rope. The man moved closer, then closed the gap between them with a tight embrace. Hiding his head in the nook of her neck.

His force pushed her backwards, and the both fell onto the back seat. He silently sobbed into her, his eyes wetting her exposed skin. (Y/N) laid with wide eyes, she was confused. She couldn't understand what was happening.

But somehow she was not too thrown off at the same time. It was as if all those dreams and the death of Jamie had somehow hardened her to things like this. And honestly, to her, it felt like it could be a dream. That's what most of her time here had been like a bad fever dream.

She hesitantly laid her hand on his shoulder, an awkward attempt of comfort. She couldn't understand why she felt the need to comfort him. Some odd thing that made her feel the need to comfort this stranger. Maybe, it was because he was in her dreams.

He lifted his head, again his eyes met hers and this time they didn't seem scary, they seemed familiar. The man tangled his one hand in (Y/N)'s loose and messy hair. And wrapped one around her waist, pulling her close to him. She pushed her arm against his chest to try create some distance.

"I- I don't remember."

(Y/N) mumbled, half apologetically and half in panic. The man sighed slightly, a playful smirk on his face.

"I'm sorry, Of course you don't. I wouldn't expect you to. I suppose it was so long ago and we've both changed so much. You've grown to be so beautiful."

The man said, his eyes looked down at (Y/N)'s lips and then back in her eyes again. Before she could even say anything the man had pulled her into a kiss. Much to her horror. (Y/N) tried to push him away, she pushed her hands against his chest but he was much stronger. When he finally pulled away, he had a sad look on his face.

"I know they said I had to stay away but when you came. I knew it was for me. I'm sorry I dragged you into this but... well.. I've missed you so much... sparky."

The man said, apologetically.

"Oh my god.. Ben?"
