The guards outfit that I have adorned is two sizes too large. The jacket would hang down to my knees if it wasn't tucked into the pants that are tied as tight as they could go. The boots are clunky, heavy and way too big for my unusually small feet, but I make due by using the soles from my previous shoes inside. My hair is tucked up into the helmet with the visor pulled over my eyes as I try to conceal my identity. The only two guards that have laid their eyes on me since my escape have both recognized me. Thankfully this outfit doesn't fit properly, is bulky, and helps hide my features. We hope that no one will ask questions when we walk straight into the camp if we look like the guards. Damien fits into the other guards outfit as if it was made for him. It fits him snug in all the right places and unfortunately he looks really good in it.

We have been standing on the edge of the tree line, just out of the view of the camp, which just like our assumption has been overrun. Guards march across the field in formation and the plane that I had first arrived in is no longer on the runway. Instead, there is a large cargo plane in its place with people unloading crates upon crates. The building that had been nothing but smoldering ash when we left as since stopped and people pick through the wreckage, carefully examining its contents.

"Ivy, this is nuts. No one is going to fall for this." Damien whispers from his spot next to me.

"Not with that attitude they aren't. No one is going to suspect that we would be stupid enough to walk into their camp during broad daylight. Now do you remember the plan?" Damien's job is to blow this place up. Apparently, in a backroom in the committee room there is enough explosives to level this place. He is to set those up while I go to the old man's office and grab the documents, which if the information I have been given is correct, are in the bottom drawer of his desk on the right hand side. His office being in the same building as my bedroom was, just on the lowest floor, in the third room on the right. Once I have that, I am to meet him at this spot where he will set off the device that triggers the explosives. Hopefully, anyone near and within the building will all be either dead or in a panic to see us make our escape. If I don't make it back within a half an hour he is to blow the place up anyway. Same goes the other way, except that I am to just leave and make my way back to the group and hope that I am not followed. This whole plan is set up and will work, as long as no one recognizes us.

Damien sighs but nods his head. I know he doesn't believe that this plan will work, but it is our best and only plan at this point.

"Great now stand tall and walk proud, we have to move exactly like everyone else," I made my back straight and marched out onto the trail, Damien following behind me.

My heart pounds in my chest as we take our first steps out of the treeline and into the view of everyone. No one bats an eyelash as we walk towards the compound because like I said, who would be stupid enough to walk into enemy territory in the middle of broad daylight with no back up. It doesn't take long for us to reach the buildings and that is where we go our separate ways. He heads around the back of the buildings to the committee room and I head into the center building. Once inside, my heart skips a beat. The place is crawling with guards who wore outfits like mine, but yet again, no one bats an eyelash and I just walk right through the crowd, moving at a quick pace. The stairs that lead to the office are in the hallway to the left, so that is where I head. There are only a few guards who stand in the hallway, none of which are standing in front of the door I need to get through. I keep my head high and walk up to the door and I am not stopped as I open it and walk through, gently closing it behind me. There's no one in the stair corridor with me so I take off quickly down the stairs. I have to move quickly, half an hour may seem like a lot of time, I have to find the document and make my way back out of the building and to the meeting spot all while not being spotted. Once I hit the bottom of the stairs I open the door and come face to face with two guards who stop their conversation and turn to look at me.
