My Dear Louis,
I hope this finds you well. Thanks for taking the time to write to me during the last couple of years. I have wanted to send you a letter in so long but I always preferred to send an email as it was surely faster to arrive. However, this time I want the letter to take its time to you as I am taking my time to think it through before writing. The few times you came to mine were quite enjoyable. But I am writing to you to tell you that you can no longer come to visit.
I quit my job because I got a much better position in another cosmetics company. And guess where it is located, in London. Coincidence? Could be. It could also be fate reuniting us again. I still have other things to finish here in Sheffield before coming to London. I already found a nice flat and will be moving in a week. I am highly excited to get to see you more often. I am also eager to meet your dog that you told me about in your last email.
I will make sure to call you once I get to my new home and you are definitely invited. I can already guarantee you I will need to do some re-decorations and repaint the new flat. I'm sure you know what that means.
