7.// Getaway party

Later that night I sat in my room with Luke, Alex and my cousin Abby who is 17. We already changed out of our costumes.

I sat on my bed with Luke, Abby was on the chair, and Alex was looking at the many gadgets I had scattered on my shelves.

I had found a funny quotes instagram account and began looking through it with Luke.

I giggled at them, and agreed to most of them.

Luke's middle and pointer finger come Into contact with under my chin and he raises my head up to look at him.

I was right below him because I was laying across him.

He kisses my lips slowly.

"Aw come on!" Abby whines. I laugh with my lips still on Luke's.

I sit up. "what do you want to do then!" I hit her lightly with a magazine what was laying around.

"I don't know. something fun though!" I grab one of my throw pillows and throw it at Alex.

It hits him in his back. He jumps and turns around, "what's up?"

"Help us think of something fun to do!"

I look at Luke and point to him. "that is not illegal."

He closes his mouth and begins to think of something else.

"How about we go down to that ice cream shop down the street and walk around on the beach?" Alex asks.

I shrug, "sounds good to me. Luke? Abby?"

They nodded their head and we all go downstairs.

Aunt Tammy and Aunt Beth are still here with their kids and husbands.

"Mom? Were going out for a bit."

"Okay." We began getting our shoes on quickly and We grab our jackets.

We put them on, on our way out the door.

"Curfew is 11!" I hear my mother call as I was closing the door.

We walk down the street to the ice cream shop and decided to actually go to the coffee shop next door because it is freezing outside.

We also go to the park because the Beach is closed for winter.

Well it is the start of winter. But it is still closed.

We go to the park and sit on the damp grass instead.

I sat between Luke's legs and Abby and Alex sat in a circle type shape.

More like a triangle but eh.

"So,what should we do now?" I ask.

"Hmmm." We all think of something.

We couldn't think of anything so instead we begin to head back.

Michael calls Luke, telling him he is having another party tonight. But we have Abby and I don't know how my parents would feel if I came home drunk.

"Hey. Why don't you stay in our hotel with us?! My mom can stay at your house tonight if I say we want a night to ourselves." Alex volunteers.

"That could work!" I say.

We walk up the front steps and go inside to where the warm air is.

"Mom?" Alex calls through the house and walks off.

I hear talking and Alex saying thanks.

He comes back smiling, "she said yes!"

"Yay! Let's just get some clothes." I say and bring Luke up to my room.
