"Newt." I felt a body next to me suddenly shift as they suddenly moved away. "Don't wake her." They seemed to take slower movements. 

"How long has she been out?" I recognized the other voice as Minho. "Not long enough."

Newts worried voice popping through. "Did you talk to her last night?" Thomas spoke. Making me wonder who was all up. "Yea." newt mumbled lightly. "Shes going to work herself to death if she doesn't relax." Fry said.

"Aris when did she eat last?" Thomas asked Aris. "She wasn't eating much before you guys showed up." I didn't have an eating problem. It's just I was worried Aris wasn't eating enough. "Alright we will have her eat then we will head out."

"Why do you guys listen to her?" A female voice finally entered. Teresa. I didn't like that girl. She was too quiet. "I guess we always kind of have. Trusted her judgement. It's got us this far." Newt sounded kind of annoyed.

"If it wasn't for her, we probably would still be in that maze." Thomas let out a sigh as I felt someone suddenly shake me. I wasn't sure who it was as I pulled a knife out holding it to the person's neck. "Calm down love."

Newt looked down at me with a slight smirk. Everyone looked confused as my reaction. "She's always had one with her since Abby." Aris calmed the confused faces. I pulled the knife away frowning slightly.

"Alright let's go." I grumbled as I walked over to my bag packing everything up. "Here." I looked to see Minho holding a granola bar. "You're eating something before we leave."

He gave me a smile as I nodded and grabbed it from him. I was quick to finish it as I stood up ready to head out.

We had been walking for hours. The suns were worse than the day before. Suddenly Aris collapsed causing me to drop my bag and rushing over.

He was unconscious. I put my hands on the side of his face trying to wake him up. "Dammit Aris."

I cursed to myself. "Someone grabs my bag." I grumbled as I carefully picked Aris up and rest him over my shoulders.

He was pretty light. And it probably helps that this isn't the first time I had to carry him. I noticed everyone shooting me concerned looks but I ignored them as I kept walking.

My pace had begun to slow down when it started getting darker. Newt came to a sudden stop causing the others to stop as well.

"We should stop for the night." Newt looked at me concerned as I nodded slightly.

I carefully set Aris down and put his bag under his head like a pillow. I gently moved hair out of his face before walking over to my own bag.

It didn't take long for the others to fall asleep. Thomas voice made me jump a little. "Taylor look." My eyes shot to the direction he was looking. "Guys wake up." I rushed them up after seeing lights by the mountains.

"We made it?" Aris asked as I smiled and rubbed his head. "Yea Aris. We made it." The happy moment didn't last.

As a loud boom echoed behind us. It was lightning. The only problem was it was coming towards us.

"Let's move. Go!" I called as we quickly grabbed our stuff and started running for the lights. "Hurry up!" I shouted running behind Minho. We kept running as fast as we could slowly getting closer to the mountains.

The lighting strikes got closer as we finally reached the building as I saw the doors. "Go!" I called out.

I noticed one suddenly coming down towards Minho. "Minho!" I shouted trying to warn him as I jumped forward getting struck with him. I felt my heart pounding out of my chest. 

I heard my name getting called as I heard a ringing in my ear. Everyone came rushing to me, but I shook my head pointing to Minho.

They grabbed him as the ringing in my ear continued and I pulled myself up running close behind them.

As I made it inside the doors got closed behind me as Thomas turned a flashlight on. I fell to my knees staring out listening to the ringing in my ears. My eyes were focusing in and out of vision for a moment. 

Flashback

It's like the ringing has been going on all day. "You ok tiger?" Sonya asked. I gave her a quick nod and frowned.

"Yea just my ears have rung all day. The cold isn't helping." I mumbled as she gave me a concern look and nodded.

"Maybe go talk to Beth?" She offered. Beth kinds helped out with the healers. I thanked her and made my way towards Beth.

"Hey Beth." I mumbled testing my forehead against the wall and let out a large groan.

"What's wrong salty face." She teased as I rolled my eyes. "My ears have seriously been ringing all day and I'm over it." I whined.

"Sit down and stop being a cry baby. Maybe Harriet or Sonya can give you the day off?" She offered

"Give you an excuse to hang out with Sonya again." Beth wiggled her eyebrows as I shook my head smiling.

"Stop it." I smirked slightly. "What's going on with you to anyways? Have seen her this happy since we got here."

I scoffed. As I looked at my hands I smiled gently. Sonya was so nice and sweet to me when I got here.

She was always the person I would talk to. Open my mind to. And she always seemed to be ready to listen to whatever my mouth had to say that day.

"Earth to Tiger?"  Beth was snapping her fingers in front of my face. "You were thinking about her again huh?" She gave me a wide smirk as I rolled my eyes and shoved her gently.

"Taylor? Taylor!!" Someone called my name as my ears were ringing still. I looked to see newt crouched down concerned. "I'm fine." I mumbled. He gently pressed his hand against my face. "Love..." He whispered.

He was worried for my safety. "It's Minho he won't respond!" My head shot towards them which I probably shouldn't have done as it caused a major headache

I rushed over to Minho pushing everyone out of my way. I quickly check his pulse and sighed with relief. Hes alive. "Sorry Minho." I apologized as I slapped him hard across the face waking him up.

"Dammit kitty!" He whined rubbing his face causing a few of the guys to chuckle. "I didn't hit you that hard. Consider it payback for all the times you interrupted me and newt." I glanced over at newt with an embarrassed look. 

The guys helped Minho to his feet as I saw Teresa wondering off. She moved her flashlight to a certain area when suddenly cranks ran at us on chains.
