it's been a few days since we've been in LA and honestly it's been a lot of fun. jonah has been our personal tour guide and practically showed us anything we wanted to see. peyton and i have gotten a lot closer with jonah and his bandmates and they're all very fun people... we've even got close with the other boys' girlfriends.
today we had planned to go be tourists some more and go see the hollywood walk of fame. i got up and got dressed then headed downstairs to find everyone else. i found jonah, peyton, corbyn, and zach in the living room all glued to the tv. i walked in and said good morning only to be ignored "hey what's so important that you guys can't say good morning back?" i snarked. "come watch this" zach said frantically, so i walked in and joined them on the couch.
"𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙖 𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙪𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙪.𝙨. 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙙𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙮... 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙞𝙣 𝙖 𝙜𝙡𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘. 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙖 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙮-𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙨𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚. 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙡 𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙝𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙛𝙪𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚. 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨, 𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚." the lady on the news spoke heavily. we all exchanged worried glances at eachother. "what does that mean" zach asked softly, breaking the silence in the room.
"i think it means no more going out in public... no more restaurants, parks, stores, or events. and apparently no more traveling." jonah said, making the reality of this situation really sink in. "what does that mean for us? we can't travel.. we can't get home!" peyton said sadly. "you don't have to go home... you guys can stay here" jonah reassured her. "that's really sweet of you, but there's no telling how long this will last... we can't stay with you that long" i said.
"why not? there's plenty of room here... plus with us all quarantined together, it might even be fun?" corbyn added. "are you guys sure? is everyone okay with us staying?" peyton asked "yeah i doubt your friend daniel would want us staying any longer... he seems like he hardly wants us here now." i added. "he wouldn't mind... plus daniel hardly leaves his room anymore since his breakup... you probably won't even see him much" jonah replied "hah if i'm that lucky" i said with a laugh.
after talking some more peyton and i agreed we'd stay here with the boys, although i really argued against it, i realized we'd both be safer to not fly home anyways. i wasn't exactly excited about staying here... but i must say this is a really nice place to be stuck inside. and on a plus the other boys' girlfriends are apparently staying here too... so it's not like peyton and i will be the only girls in a house full of boys. who knows... maybe this whole quarantine thing won't be 𝙨𝙤 bad...
