i actually set an alarm so i didn't sleep all day today, and i ended up waking up at around 9am. i walked downstairs and found jonah cooking breakfast per usual. i grabbed a plate and sat down at the bar to eat, then in walked daniel and everyone had a shocked expression on their face. "woah yesterday you play games with us and today you come out of your room before 3pm... are you sick bro?" zach asked daniel
"ha ha very funny... i'm just in a good mood today i guess" he said looking at me and smiling. i really didn't know why, but that made me blush. daniel wasn't so bad when he wasn't being a jerk, but atleast now i know why he was such a jerk... it's understandable.
anyways we all finished breakfast and then everyone was going for a swim so i went upstairs to change. i put on my bikini and grabbed a towel, then headed downstairs. christina, kay, gabbie, and peyton were by the pool tanning while all the boys were in the pool. i sat my towel and phone down on a chair and was about to lay beside gabbie when i felt hands grab me and before i knew it i was soaked.
i swam to the surface and looked around to see all the guys laughing. the closest one to me was zach so i immediately started splashing him and yelling at him "it wasn't me, it was daniel!" zach yelled between splashed. i stopped splashing zach to see daniel standing out of the pool and he was holding his stomach from laughing so hard. "oh you're dead, seavey" i said getting out of the pool.
i got out of the pool and chased him around the back yard until i was out of breathe. i stood by the pool to catch my breathe and he somehow snuck up behind me and tried to push me in again, but i grabbed his arm in just enough time to drag him down with me. when i come up from underneath the water all the girls were cheering for me and the guys were laughing at daniel.
"well that backfired on you bro" corbyn laughed at daniel. the rest of the afternoon we all just hung out at the pool and when night fell we lit a fire outside and the guys all sang and played songs. it was the best night we've had since we'd been in LA.
daniel really brought the life to the group and was always doing something to make all of us laugh. it was like a completely different person had moved in, and the old grumpy one moved out. quarantine wasn't looking like such a bad thing anymore.
