That day, both Jimin and Hoseok waited for Yoongi to come to them but he didn't. Hoseok asked a few maids if they had sen Yoongi but all of them refused. When he asked Jimin if he knew where he went Jimin just shrugged and continued reading the papers on his desk in the study room.
The whole day went by boringly. Hoseok had nothing too excited to do. He was too worried for Yoongi to think about anything else. That night, he slept alone in the huge bed while waiting for either of his husbands to show up.
Hoseok was awaken by someone calling his name. He opened his eyes a bit to look at the person who woke hi up only to greeted by a smiling Yoongi. Shocked, Hoseok sat up straight and turned his body towards Yoongi.
"Where were you? You didn't come to dinner. You didn't come to sleep with us." Hoseok said and then frowned when he acknowleged that Jimin was not here.
"Jimin is with the King. They are discussing about when to have the meeting where they will anounce the changes and fire the person there." Yoongi replied.
"I asked Where were you the whole day?"
"Ah, I was very angry and sad so I took my horse on a ride. I just went too far away that when I came to my senses and looked around I didn't know where I was. I then wandered here and there and then it was very dark, I then saw our tree house and I knew I have came too far so I spent the night in the tree house and then in the morning came here." Yoongi explained.
"Was it comfortable there?" He asked.
"Yeah. We have a bed there and some basic nessecties. It was not very comfortable but it was also uncomfortable."
"Oh... Ok..." Silence then fell on the two.
"Let's eat breakfast?" Yoongi asked after a short while of staring at the mattress. Hoseok nodded as an answer and made his way to the bathroom to get ready for the day.
---------------------
After eating breakfast, Yoongi invited hoseok on a walk in the garden. Hoseok happily accepted the offer and a maid fetched their boots.
Once they were all set they stepped outside of the palace into the garden. The garden's beauty was not a shock to Hoseok as he had been here a handful of times but it was the first time he was here with one of his husbands. They walked a few feet away from the palace in silence. Then they came to a stop. Yoongi turned behind and signaled the guards to leave them alone. The guard in the palace uniform bowed a perfect 90 degree and then left with the others.
Yoongi then turned around and they continued their walk. Hoseok smiled at the feeling of the wind touching his face and playing with his baby hairs on his forhead which were also going in his eyes but they weren't a bother.
Yoongi looked and him and then brushed a few hairs which were going in Hoseok's eyes. This action made the couple stop. Hoseok turned his body towards Yoongi making eye contact wit him but Yoongi was busy keeping his hairs away from his forhead.
When Yoongi looked in Hoseok's eyes, his hand stopped on his cheeks. He brushed his cheekbone with his thumb.
"You are so pretty." Yoongi whispered and Hoseok's eyes widened and he looked down. A light pink color started showing on his ears and Yoongi chuckled at that.
"How was I so lucky to have you and Jimin as mine?" Yoongi said.
"Have you seen youself? You're so handsome too." Hoseok said and smiled at Yoongi again making eye contact with him. They stood there in silence looking into each other's eyes. In between, Hoseok reached for Yoongi hand and intertwined them. He then raised his other hand and put it on top of Yoongi's on his cheek.
"I really really want to kiss you." Yoongi whispered. Hoseok's eyes glowed at that and he smiled his heart shaped smile.
"Then what are you waiting for?" He said and Yoongi chuckled. He removed his hand from Hoseok's cheek and grabbed at the hand on top of his. He placed the hand on his shoulder and wrapped his own around Hoseok's waist.
He came closer to Hoseok until he could feel his hot breath on his lips. Yoongi looked at Hoseok's lips and then looked at his closed eyes. He raised himself a little bit and kissed both of his eyes. Then he lowered himself again and finally... finally kissed Hoseok.
It was just a press and Hoseok sighed. Hoseok's lips felt so soft against his own. Yoongi's lips felt chapped and plumb. They didn't go further into the kiss. They just stood there lips pressing against each other while cold mixed with warm air touched them and caressed their bodies. They could hear the birds cooing and they could feel the flowers and plants flowing and touching their legs.
But they could only think about each other. Lost in each other's love.
When they pulled apart, they rested their foreheads together and panted a little bit. They had their eyes closed still feeling each other's lips.
Hoseok again moved forward and kissed Yoongi. This time he licked Yoongi's bottom lip. Instinctively, Yoongi opened his mouth but Hoseok just licked his bottom lip and sometimes swiped his tongue on his upper lip. Hoseok broke the kiss and saw Yoongi's lips glistening due to his saliva. Yoongi bit his upper lips due to the intense staring of Hoseok.
They separated from each other and started walking further in the vast garden. Their hands intertwined.
It was their first kiss and it was the best kiss Hoseok had ever had.
