[There is no double update but the next chapter will be published some day in this week.]
Today is the day when the trio along with the other royal family members would leave the North Korea with their King's new husband.
The days prior Hoseok had met up with his village people and his village friends and had said bye to them. He had also said bye to every worker of the palace. Literally, all the worker including their children and family member who didn't work in the palace cried. That is the impact of Hoseok. When he was leaving, the former king's knight was also crying and when the king looked at him, he stood up straight and quickly wiped his tears away. Hoseok had laughed at that and had given him a big fat hug.
SeokJin had also cried and it had caused a scene.
"SeokJin, you are a king now and Kings don't cry. It shows that they are weak." The King had said in the dining room when they were all seated and it was Hoseok's last night in the Pyongyang palace. SeokJin had let out a huff of air which indicated that he was mock-laughing at the King.
"Well, if expressing my emotions openly makes me a weak king then you should choose another king cause I am one hell of an emotional person." SeokJin had said and then crossed his arms on his chest. Hoseok had wanted to punch his arms and he would've if he was not sitting across the large dining table.
"Hyung," Hoseok said.
"No, it's ok to show emotions and a man can cry too. Men can be weak too cause they are humans and some people should know that if they are living in my reign then they have to abide by my rules. I got new rules and I count them." He said and then ate his bite.
"In fact, I am saying right now so that it wouldn't come as a surprise to you at the meeting with the council after 3 days. That is, while I am the king, there would be no concubines and the royal members will sit where ever they want to. Also, this chair at my left, will be for my knight. Not for concubines." SeokJin said exaggerating his last words. He had looked at Jimin briefly after he said that. Jimin just furrowed his brows while Yoongi widened his eyes and let out a big audible sigh.
Hoseok looked up when he heard Yoongi's sigh and made eye contact with Yoongi. Then he looked down and quickly finished his soup. He stood up from his chair.
"Is it okay if I talk to my brother in private? I really want to properly say bye to him as I am leaving tomorrow early and I won't have time to do that." Hoseok said justifying everything.
"You don't have to tell us any reasons for your actions Seok. You are equal to us now. Don't request us for anything. You are not in any position lower to us. I don't take permission from Jimin so you shouldn't too as you are same as me, The king's husband." Yoongi said and he too exaggerated his last words but he didn't look at Jin like Jin had. Hoseok as well as Jimin furrowed their brows but with different reasons.
Hoseok because in his kingdom, the concubines are not dismissed unless the king says so and if they have to go in emergency, then they have to justify themselves and if they fail to satisfy the King with their reasons, then they are not excused.
Jimin because he was olivious as hell and he wanted to know what the hell was going on. The North Korean king had mentioned about them keeping concubines. He had looked at Jimin with the most menacing glare and Yoongi had said those unnecessary things and also because why was Hoseok wearing mismatched socks? One was blue while the other one was purple. He should've worn both the socks in blue color to match his outfit.
Did he chose his socks by himself? But he should've picked up socks of matching colors. Jimin had thought about it and when he came back from his thoughts, half of the table was empty and Yoongi had slapped him lightly on his cheek
