Emily POV
It is my last class and I can't wait to go home and chill. I have so much homework to do and some are due for tomorrow. I was about to exit the school when I was cornered by no one other than the goddesses.
Lebron POV
I was walking with Baki because he insisted on walking me to my sisters car, I saw Emily being cornered by his sister and her friends. I was going to walk up but he help my shoulder nodding no, this made me a bit furious but he then said, "Watch carefully at Emily, do you see her being bullied. I have a feeling they are just trying to get information on your sister because I overheard them during lunch." I watched him and just nodded and said let's go the . I feel so useless not knowing that Emily was being bullied, if I had known I would have done something to help. I just exited school and I hugged Baki and went to my sis and smiled and said Emily is just dropping her stuff in her locker. My sis decided to go inside her car to wait on her and also to play music because she looked like she was kind of out of it and music is the only thing that can help her out with that. I went in with her and was about to ask her what is wrong but Emily came and she just started to head home. This car ride was the quietest I have ever been in and this made me decide to drive to school tomorrow but I am to lazy for that.
Dikoda POV
As I exited the school and went to my car I was contemplating to sit in my car and listening to music and wait for them. I was in my head because of all these weird occurrences during the whole school day. I want to tell someone but who can I talk to about this, I want to talk to my wolf but sometimes she is so annoying at times especially when it comes to this whole mate thing. I was brought out of my head when my brother came up to the car he told me that Emily is just by her locker, so I went in my car so I can blast music and drown out these damn thoughts that I am having. Emily came and we headed to our home and I could tell that my brother wants to talk to me and see what is going on but I don't really want to talk I just want to go home and do all my work and sleep. My wolf started to talk to me, "Why are you studying everything, just wait for the right time. The moon goddess knows what she is doing. I have a strong feeling that we will have so much fun when things play out. I also feel Emily is hiding something from us, do you think we should ask her." I answered, "Nah lets leave her I believe she can handle herself and she is a very strong person and that is why I love her and chose to be her friend from the first day." I started to blast a song from Ariana Grande that had me thinking really deeply.
We reached home and told them go ahead inside, I am going for a run I need to clear my head. After I clear my head I think I am going to talk to my dad and mom because I have so much questions for them. I let Alex take over and go for the run because she will be more alert than me, that way I will have sometime to think things through and see if I can ask the moon goddess what is the plan she has for me. We took like almost an hour on this run, the only reason we stopped is because I heard my mom's worried voice mind linking me. I answered her and old her I am on my way back. I reached back and walked inside and was bombarded with a lot of questions from my dad and my mom and I asked them if we can talk in dad's office and they both nodded, its not that I don't mind people hearing but I actually want this to stay private. We went in the office and I answered all their questions which was like where were you and what is wrong and I just said that I have a lot on my mind and I went for a run to see if that would've cleared my mind, I made sure that my wolf was in control. They looked at me worried and that just made me feel a little sad. I asked them, "How long before you figure out your mates because this is driving me crazy. Today only I had four different scents and one encounter that made my arm feel tingly because I saved them from falling." My dad watched me with a shocked expression and that made things worst for me because this had me thinking that I am bad lucky and my mom was watching him with the same expression basically.
My dad then answered, "Babygirl, you will have your answers soon than later do not worry, it will happen when it happens I grantee you this don't worry." I sighed and said thanks for talking to me and clearing up things for me the best y'all can. I got up and headed to my room to start my work and also be ready to get sleep. My mom called me for dinner but I declined and said that I am not ready for food and I said I will probably just eat in the morning because I do not have much of an appetite. I got all my work done and went on my nice bed and slipped into dreamland.
