Dikoda POV
What a day today was, sigh I just went straight to my room. I decided to have a conversation with Alex and see what she thinks about everything. I opened my door and locked it as soon as I entered my room, I want no one to bother me while I am in here. If I get hungry I will let Alex take over and go and eat because I do not really want to deal with anyone. I begun to speak to Alex, "Alex what do you think of this hole situation?" She sighed and answered, "I believe that you did nothing wrong because I mean how much time must one say that they just think of one as a friend and a best friend at that. Though I do think you need to fix this before the party tomorrow." I nodded and said, "I plan to but it's just hard to look at her because once I do that I know she will have this look on her face that would break my heart. I know what I have to do but I think if we are going for dinner we will switch places and I will go in the abyss so I can finish clearing my thoughts so I can deal with this tonight."
Being called for dinner
"It is time Alex take over and just go eat because I know you would be worried and feel weak if I do not eat on time or a lot." We switched and she headed down the stairs while I headed to the only place that I can get peace and quiet.
Alex POV
Sigh I hate seeing her like this, at least she is willing to eat but I guessing I have to do it but I know for sure her family will know that I am not D but say what. I headed down the stairs and smelt mom's great cooking making my stomach grumble because I missed most of lunch because of what happened. Well I ate till I felt like would explode, so I decided to go for a run because I am restless and D being away right now isn't helping. As I was about to leave Dad shows up resting his hand on my shoulders. I looked at him and he said, "What is going baby girl." I sighed when I heard him call me that because it means he knows something is wrong, I was about to answer but I just shrugged it off because I sense someone listening in. He sighed and said meet him in his office after I am finish, I nodded and turned to go running. I shifted in to my wolf form and realized that something is different about it.
I have gotten bigger and my color of my fur was changing. I definitely needs to talk to dad when I am finished. I ran to my favourite spot and laid there for a bit thinking then I heard a twig cracked. I sniffed the air and realized that it was my brother, I turned and looked at him. He looked shocked and gave him a wolf smirk and he laughed. He then mind linked me, "Yo you look so much different, if it wasn't for you scent I would've thought you were a rogue or something." I chuckled and I knew why he was here, I sighed and said, "Le D is not in control right now because she is a bit upset and clearing her mind because she has a big decision to make. That will either keep a friendship or break that said friendship." I sighed and he nodded understanding, he said, "If you need help you know where to find me and I will always be willing to help." I nodded and decided it's best to go back home now.
Well as I was about to head to my room to have a shower my dad said her needs to speak to me. I sighed and quickly mind link D, "Hey dad wants to speak to us what to do." She sighed and said, "Let me take back control, I think I am ready to deal with everything now." I nodded and let her take control while I go and take a nap because I am kind of tired.
Dikoda POV
Sigh I have to deal with this, it is a must. I walked into my dad's office, once in I closed the door because the look he had means this was really serious. He begun to say, "Baby girl, you do know that this party is very important, not only to celebrate you but to make sure we all supernatural are on the same page." I nodded and he continued, "I know your wolf Alex is responsible but you can't let your wolf take over like that all the time. Remember your scents and mannerisms a slightly different, though Alex proved today to be a good stand in. Their personality was similar to yours." I said, "Yeah dad I hear what your saying but today was a stressful day and I had to deal with my emotions that is why Alex was out because I knew if I did not do that we would be in a worst problem right now. I have to deal with something before the party tomorrow, if you are done dad may I leave." He just nodded and fanned me away. I spoke to Alex, "Hey you thanks again it seems that everyone was worried lol." I said, Alex groggily said, "Yeah but just know I do not really wanna do that again, it's exhausting." I chuckled and went to the floor where my room, my bros room and Emily's room were, 'this is it I have to speak with her and clear this up.' I thought to myself. I walked to Emily's room and knocked on the door, I could hear the sobbing from out here. I sighed knowing I probably really hurt her. I heard shuffling and then the door open and she looked distraught. I asked if I could come in and she nodded and opened the door fully. When I walked in I saw how neat her room is and remembered it's been a while since I came to her room. 'She is such a neat freak,' I chuckled which made her look at me questioningly. I gave her a small smile and said can we talk about everything. She nodded and looked down, probably thinking I am going to give up on us being friends which I am not.
I begun to talk, "Emily what happened between us is not going to make me not be friends with you but I do believe that you do need to understand that I know about you feelings and I understand being around me is a lot. I just want you to be happy and I also want you to understand how I feel and the way I do things. Your my friend and I am yours and that is how it shall be, I totally acknowledge your feeling for me but I cannot reciprocate the same feelings in the way you would like." She begun to cry and I went and I hugged her then she said, "Why can't I have the one thing I have always wanted since the first day you spoke to me. I always liked you then all of a sudden the four goddesses appeared and it's like you like them more than me. I am remembered what you told me that they were first your friends and then they abandoned you because you won't popular and chubby. I didn't care though you were still handsome to me no matter your size but you worked so hard to be the person you are today and I am proud and I love that about you but I always knew that this was always to grasp your old friends attention and make them regret not staying friends with you." I sighed knowing all what she said was true but I also wanted her to respect my decision. I spoke, "Emily just understand and respect my decision please because I want to be a strong person to protect those I love and you are one of them just please understand that." She stood there silently and then yelled, "Get out my fucking room now, I don't wanna fucking see you." With that I left her room and went to mines knowing I didn't solve anything but made things worst. I stared at my ceiling feeling my eyes burning because of the fact I'm holding back my tear but just then I heard my phone went off and it was the group I was in with the goddesses and they just were checking up on me and I found it cute. I replied said I was ok and I just slipped into a dreamless sleep.
