Learning to use the tools of modern warfare is the difference between the prospering of your people, and utter destruction. We can't give you freedom, but we can give you the know how to acquire it. And that, my friends, is worth more than a whole army base of steel. Sure, it matters who has the biggest stick, but it matters a helluva lot more who's swinging it. (In Afghanistan)
Ranger: RPG!
(An RPG explodes near the humvee, disorienting Allen)
(Shepherd loads his revolver)
Shepherd: Get up Private Allen! Rangers lead the way! Move!
(Shepherd helps Allen up)
(Allen takes cover behind a demolished vehicle with a few random rangers, and snipes some enemies with an M4A1)
Foley: Hunter two! Keep up the pressure on those RPG teams! If that bridge layer gets hit, we're swimming, hooah? Allen! Switch to the M203!
(Allen uses his M203 to take out a few groups of enemies behind some sandbags)
Hunter 2-1: Warlord, this is hunter two one, requesting air strike at grid 252171! Target is a white 12 story apartment building, over!
Foley: Drop some rounds on em across the river!
(The randoms all get in a line and fire their rifles)
Warlord: Hunter two one, this is warlord, solid copy, I have devil one one, flight of two F-15s on the line, standby for relay
Devil 1-1: Hunter two one this is devil one one, flight of two F-15s, time on station, one five mikes, holding at three-sierra, northwest, holding area knife, carrying two JDAMs and two HARMs, over
Foley: On the bridge, ten o clock high! Multiple targets! Take em out!
(Allen uses his M203 to take out a group of enemies near the bridge)
Dunn: Up on the bridge! Far side!
Hunter 2-1: Devil one one, target is a white twelve story apartment building at grid 252171. I need you to level that building, how copy, over?
Devil 1-1: Solid copy hunter two one. Rolling in now. Target acquired
Foley: They're retreating! Keep hitting them!
(Allen takes out a few more enemies with his M4A1)
Foley: Hunter two! Bridge complete, we're Oscar Mike! Move out!
Dunn: We're moving out!
Foley: Lets go, lets go! Get back to the vehicles!
(Allen and the rangers climb the stairs to the bridge and get into a humvee)
Ranger: Which building is it sir?
Ranger: Its that tall one at one o clock
Ranger: Hey, which building?
Ranger: The one at one o clock, the tall... hey Dave, which one is it? The one on the left or right?
Ranger: The one on the left
Ranger: Hey, isn't this danger close for the task force?
