After we finished eating dinner, I sent Bomi and Heeyoung to wash the dishes to give them a small punishment for making Mi-mi run around chasing the two of them.
Like, they're two grown adult women and they're being chased by someone younger than them. I'm starting to feel bad for Mi-mi, but then again, we're all used to our member's personalities.
My thoughts were interrupted when my phone started ringing. I checked the caller ID and smiled when I saw who it was.
"Hey mom!"
"Sweetie, are you girls free tomorrow?"
I looked back to my four members who are currently playing with water and dish soap in the kitchen.
"Nope, why?"
"Oh, I just want to ask if you girls would like to join me for lunch tomorrow?"
I smiled, "That would be great, mom."
"Perfect! Well then, I'll see you girls tomorrow! Love you!"
I giggled as she cooed, "Love you too mom!"
I stood up from the couch and walked into the kitchen where the squeals became louder and louder as I draw near. I crossed my arms and leaned on the island countertop in the middle of the kitchen.
"You girls having fun?"
They all stopped. Eyes went wide when they saw me catching them playing with dish soap like a bunch of babies. And now they're all soaked in water.
"Hyuna unnie..."
I smirked, "You girls started playing with water and dish soap without me?!"
"How rude!"
The squeals were back and all five of us kept playing in the kitchen like a bunch of children. Yeah, these kids might be adults, but they're still my babies.
"Mom!" I greeted my mother and gave her a huge hug.
Me and the girls decided to walk instead of calling for a cab, since the coffee shop is just a few blocks away from our dorm.
"Oh, my darling daughter!" She exclaimed.
She turned to my members and gave each of them a warm embrace. My members and my mom has already met more than a dozen times for the past two years. That's why their bond with my own mother is just as close, my mom likes to treat the girls, that's why they love her.
