"Unnie, where are you going?"
I stopped walking and froze on the spot when I heard one of my members standing behind me while I'm busy trying to go out of the dorm undetected.
"You look so dressed up," She said as I turned around to see Jae-jae in her pajamas and a mug of warm milk in her hand.
Quick Hyuna, think of something!
I nervously laughed, "I just remembered that I have a coffee date with mom today and I didn't want to wake everyone up."
She rolled her eyes and took a sip from her mug.
"You're bad at lying."
I raised my brow, "I'm not! I just panicked, okay?!"
Jae-jae giggled, "It's not a coffee date with your mom, isn't it?" She glanced at me with a teasing look.
"Okay, fine, you got me," I surrendered, knowing I won't get away with anything when it comes to the maknae.
"So, are you going out on a date with Taehyung oppa?" She asked. "I heard you talking to him about it last night."
I gave her a small glare and she giggled.
"You better not tell anyone about this," i told her as I finished putting on my shoes. "Plus, it's just a friendly day out."
She groaned, "There's no such thing as a friendly day out."
I didn't answer her and took my key and opened the door, but before I could walk out, she has something else to say.
"You do know that your brother would freak out if he hears about this, don't you?"
I smirked, "That's why you keep that mouth of yours shut tight."
"Good day, my queen."
I immediately turned around and saw him standing in front of and even though I can't see half of his face because of the mask, I already know that he's showing off his boxy smile.
"Winter bear!" I greeted him and we shared a short embrace.
When we go out to hang out with only the two of us, we always use the nicknames that we have for each other to make sure that people won't know that it's us behind the mask.
It's been a while since we got to hang out like this because of our busy schedules and this is just so refreshing.
But, the quiet day out with Kim Taehyung was not one that I expected it to be.
After we got our drinks, we went to a park nearby and we found a nice place where we could talk in private since there aren't that much people around.
"You've been quiet ever since we walked out of the sop," I began. "Is something wrong?"
He shook his head, "Oh nothing, I just think that it's rude to be hanging out with your friends and start getting friendly with other guys."
I raised my brow, "Do you mean the bunch of guys who offered to pay for my drink?"
He kept silent.
I smiled to myself, "You're jealous, aren't you?"
He looked shocked and he immediately gave me a dangerous look in which I find kind of hot.
"You're so cute when your pissed," I giggled.
"I prefer the word hot, but cute works to."
I giggled even more with what he said, but his expression changed back from earlier and this made me smile even more.
"You really are jealous aren't you?"
He crossed his arms, "I just don't like it when they talk to you like that. It's just like how Jimin hyung flirts with other people and I really don't like it."
My glance softened, "You don't have to worry, they're just being too friendly with me. Plus, they don't even know it's me behind the mask."
"I don't f*cking care. You're supposed to be mine!!"
My eyes widened with what he said and he froze after realizing that he just yelled that out in public.
He coughed and stared down at the grass.
"You... what?" I couldn't find the right words.
He sighed, "Yeah, you heard what I said, so what? At least now you know not to make me angry by being with other guys."
I stared at him in shock.
"I like you, Hyuna."
Lord, what did I do to have received Kim Taehyung as a gift from you? Am I really that great of a person for me to be this lucky?
"You don't have to like me ba-"
I took pulled down both of our masks and kissed him on the lips and this is probably one of the greatest things that I've ever done in my whole life.
"Baby, look at me," I cupped his face and he blushed at the name that I called him. "You know I'm yours. I'll always be yours."
"I just realized."
"What?"
"Yoongi hyung is going to murder me in my sleep when he finds out about this."
"Yeah, I'll meet you in the afterlife."
"Ugh! Hyuna~"
"You're gonna be fine. Just a few injuries here and there, but you'll live."
