Chapter 5

*early in the morning*

(Max was sleeping when Ellie came in the room drunk, badly drunk. Holding a bottle of vodka, She was bumping into a bunch of tables waking up Max.)

Max: Ellie! what is wrong with you?

Ellie: I believe it's called I'm wasted (chuckled weirdly).

Max: Well that's not good because we have important things to do. 

(Max took the bottle of vodka from her because she collapsed in his arms sleeping.)

Max: Great. 

(Max carried her to her bed and placed her down. He put the covers on her, as he looked into her blank tired face. he saw something special that he never saw before in her.)

*Later that day*

(Max was going over some files for the night day when they had to go to the party.)

(Ellie slowly woke up, she had terrible pain in her head.)

Ellie: What time is it? ah god, my head. 

Max: good your up. 

(Ellie tried to get up but Max stopped her.)

Max: hey hey, lay back down. 

Ellie: what happened?

Max: well you came back in the morning super drunk. you had a bottle of vodka in your hand, you passed out for a long time. 

Ellie: Great, now we have that assignment tomorrow night. I told you, my actions add up to a terrible thing.

Max: stop being hard on yourself. besides, we don't have till tomorrow so you are good.

Max: also, I kinda had to tell your dad and the CIA what happened. 

Ellie: Thanks for that now my a** is in big trouble. 

(Both of them chuckled while looking into the eyes of each other. Max was sitting on the side of the bed with her. Max was leaning in a bit.)

Ellie: (gets up fast) right we have work to do.

Max: (Nodded) 

Ellie: Did you get the key card for our outfits?

Max: On the desk...

Ellie: right I'll go get the outfits, see you later.

*Later that night*

(Ellie came back from getting the outfits for the next night, and she went to see an agent that was gonna give them their special guns.)

Ellie: Hey, sorry it took long I had to see agent 67 for our guns. 

Max: No problem, we have a big issue. the mafia and his team are trying to hack back in the system and get the guns to re-program. 

Ellie: did we not disable them properly?

Max: We did but their abilities are strong than ours.

(Ellie sat down next to Max and took the case from him and started to type this big hacking code that no one knew. after she was done she handed him the case.)

Ellie: (smiling and with a cheery voice) There, problem solved. 

Max: ho- did yo-u d-o. nevermind. 

(Ellie got up to pour the two of them a small drink)

(Max was still a bit confused, many thoughts going through his mind: *How did she know that code?.)

(Ellie finished pouring the drinks, she brought them to the bed where they were sitting. she handed him the drink and they cheered the glasses together.) 

(They both drank the drinks at the same time, after they were done they sat in silence for a couple of seconds.)

Max: so what did you and agent 67 talk about.

Ellie: you know stuff. she gave me the case of guns we need.

Max: okay then.
