ASTREA VOSS MET HER BOYFRIEND Peter Quill young in life. The two of them had started out as friends, as Ravagers of Yondu Udonta, but flourished into something so much more as teenagers. Often, you wouldn't see one without the other being too far behind, as though they were attached at the hip, destined to be together amoungst the stars.
But sometimes, a love doesn't last forever.
When Yondu Udonta tasks Peter Quill with retrieving the Orb to bring back to him, her boyfriend has other plans and chooses to betray them, to hand over the Orb and collect the money for himself rather than split it amoungst the Ravagers like they have always done with every mission. Unsure of why her boyfriend would go rogue, Astrea decides to find out why and to bring Peter home.
But maybe it was a mistake to go after him, for the truth hurt her more than the betrayal, when Peter Quill would rather become a Guardian of the Galaxy with his new friends than be a Ravager . . . than be her boyfriend.
And just like that, their love was lost.
But the question remains: Will it ever return?
