Hermione opened the doors to the Great Hall and walked in hand in hand with Harry. There in a small circle at the front of the hall was a small group of her friends and family along with Draco's friends and family. Standing in the center of the circle was Draco Malfoy, in all of his glory. Everyone turned to look at Hermione and Harry walking towards them. Draco couldn't help but smile. Hermione looked absolutely beautiful.
Standing next to Draco was Professor McGonagall. When Harry and Hermione got to the circle of people, Harry went to sit by Ginny and Hermione walked up to Draco and McGonagall. "Hello Hermione, are you ready?" McGonagall asked.
Hermione looked at Draco, who was leaning on a cane to help with his balance. "As ready as I'll ever be."
"Okay, so have you heard of the marriage spellbind. It's not mentioned in most books. A marriage spellbind is used for cursed souls such as Draco's to test and see if the person you are going to marry is your one true love. Now hold still. While I cast the spell, it might tingle." McGonagall started chanting words under her breath which Hermione could only make out as some Latin.
A golden mist spread around Hermione and Draco as the spell was cast upon them. Two small holographic butterflies flew into Draco and Hermione's chests. Suddenly a red heart floated between their heads and McGonagall smiled.
"Well, Draco, I'm pleased to say that you picked a fine young woman to be your wife. She is your one true love."
