November 11. The one day of the whole year that you hate the most, It is your wonderfully talented boyfriends 25 birthday and just like last year and the year before and the year before that year all your surprises failed.

November 2017: massive snowstorm stopped him coming home.

November 2018: Our son arrived early.

November 2019: finding out I was pregnant...again.

But this year you was determined to not let anything stop you "you okay Y/N?" Satori's hand waving in front of you as a balloon hangs from his mouth "yes, sorry what was you saying" you smile sweetly before he laughs and resumes blowing up the balloons "nothing, the look on your face was like stone, I thought you was having contractions" tiny drips of sweat rolling down his face.

"Nothing like that, I'm just worried that something could go wrong" feelings of panic building inside you as a firm hand places itself on your shoulder "I wouldn't worry to much, look at it this way you still have 2 months left of your pregnancy and he is with Öhira and Ushijima so try not to worry to much it isnt good for you or the baby" Tsutomu's wide and cheery smile putting your heart at rest "thanks you guys for offering to help and cheer me up" All of the former Shiratorizawa team smiling back.

"Man I'm tired!" Öhira yawns beside me from my position in the drivers seat as a laugh escapes Me "Your the one that wanted to do all the shopping" Ushijima's silent grumble of agreement from the back supporting me "well, you know me Semi I like the finest of the finest" as I look at him in shock "nothing of what you just said makes sense" I interject "I think what he meant to say was I like the finer things in life" Ushi corrects once again as we pull up outside mine and Y/N House and I pull into the drive.

"That's odd, the downstairs light is on she is normally in bed by now" I wonder a tiny bit if panic filling inside me what if she hurt herself, or went into labour early the thoughts making me sweat "relax man, its your birthday today she probably stayed up to wait for you" Öhira chips in as I nod before getting out the car and unlocking our front door.

..."SURPRISE!" the room echoing as party poppers explode turning the living room all colours of the rainbow as my gorgeous wife and friends new and old stand around our spacious living room "WHAT IS THIS!" I shout surprised with a smile on my face "well you see for the past 3 years I have been trying to throw you a surprise party but nothing ever went to plan and now I have succeeded" Y/N smiles sweetly placing a kiss on my lips as I wrap my arms around her torso and pull her as close as I can.

"I love you so so much it is inhuman" her gorgeous eyes melting in mine as the sound of Satori wrenching in the background makes us laugh accompanied by the little pitter patter from the stairs as mine and Y/N son Appears in his volleyball pyjamas and rubbing his eyes.

You shout from the door as Ushijima and Öhira take their leave leaving just you, Semi, Satori and Kenjiró "we had best take our leave aswell, give you two some time alone" Kenjiró politely gestures as Satori stuffs his face with food "thank you so much for..." Your sentence is immedialty stopped as it feels like someone is pulling at your insides causing you to double in pain "Y/N?" Semi calls to you as you follow his line of sight and see a puddle on the floor "my waters just broke".

"WE NEED TO GET YOU TO A HOSPITAL!" Kenjiró panics throwing his arms in the air and panicking like a four year old girl who cant find her toy as Semi grabs your hospital bag "call my mother and tell her to come and watch Isacc you two don't mind staying with him?" You mutter through gritted teeth "of course not go go quickly before the next thing on your floor is a human" Satori whines ushering us out the door.

"At least I made it a surpise this time" you mumble as A genuine laughs escapes your loving husband.
