Annabeth

It had been two months since the titan war. Two months since I lost Luke and two months since Percy and Rachel started dating. If I said my life didn't fall apart when that happened then you have the full authority to call me a liar.

I tried to hold things together but it all just seemed to fall apart. Not because I was utterly in love with him and the seaweed brain was just too oblivious to notice... okay maybe that was partially why.

The but main reason was the fact that I had lost my best friend. He seemed to have forgotten I had existed and would always just blow me off to go hang out with his new girlfriend.

I guess because of that we just... stopped talking. Whenever he would try to talk to me I'd give him the cold shoulder and walk away. I wished that maybe he cared enough to confront me and ask what was going on but... he never did. The only time he would speak to me is if someone had asked him to call me or tell me something.

I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard a knock on my cabin door. "Come in," I yelled to the person. Connor Stoll peeped his head in then stepped inside.

"Really Annie? You're locked away alone in your cabin again burying your head in blueprints?" He asked while leaning again the door frame.

I rolled my eyes, "Yes Connor, it is fun. Now what do you want?" He put his hand over his heart dramatically. "How dare you call me Connor?! I am Mr. Sexy Mango Lord!"

"The fuck?" I raised my eyebrow trying to mask the smile creeping onto my face. "Well ain't you polite, but I actually came here to tell you something..." I motioned for him to carry on.

"Er well...Chiron told me to tell you to meet him at the big house," he rushed out. I picked my water bottle up from beside my bed and took a swig. "Okay and? Why are you being so weird about it?" I asked.

He laughed nervously. "Well you see lol. He told me to tell you to meet him their at six and I forgot so this is me telling you now and it's a quarter past six. Please don't kill me!"

I groaned out loud. "I'll spare your life for now and Jesus, Stoll no one says lol." Connor shrugged, "Haters gonna hate," he tried to run out of my cabin only causing him to fall flat on his ass.

I laughed for a few seconds then walked past him and over to the big house to see what Chiron needed me for.

Stepping onto the porch I noticed the son of Poseidon sitting at the pool table. "Ugh if this is a fricking quest I'm gonna start busting heads," I whispered under my breath as I threw open the door.

"No busting heads Annie Casserole," Mr. D said firmly as he walked past me with a bottle of expensive non-alcoholic wine in hand. I stared at his figure walking away.

Chiron greeted me, "Hello dear, what is this I hear about busting heads?" I plopped down on the chair furthest from Percy and buried my head in my hands letting out an irritated noise.

I could tell Chiron had been confused but he didn't question. I don't know what Percy did because I couldn't even bare to look at him without feeling both anger and remorse.

"Anyways Chiron... sorry I'm late Conner just told me," I reckoned. The centaur shook his head. "Why am I not surprised... but yes I called you children in here for a very important matter."

My head shot up, "Go on..." Chiron cleared his throat. "Firstly I chose you both for this because you are my finest demigods and also it is quite ridiculous how you both have been acting with each other in recent days so it's also for you to make up."
