My bodygaurd

Chapter 1

Hope you like this story. Sorry for the stupid mistakes.

I woke up to my alarm clock blaring. I groaned and opened my eyes lazily.

Right on time my room door opened and in came my nanny with a tray of orange juice, French toast and three strips of bacon, my usual breakfast.

By the way my name is Katlyn Jade Ashford and I prefer to be called 'K'

"Good morning darling. How did you sleep?" Anna asked.

"I slept fine Anna but I don't want to go to college today" i said lazily putting a pillow over my head and trying to go back to sleep. She is like a second mother to me. She is my nanny from past 17 years.

"Come on Katlyn" she said hands folded over her chest.

"Okay okay" I said my hands up in surrender as she opened my room curtains causing the warm sunlight stream into the room.

I finish having my breakfast and start getting ready. I walk into my closet and select my outfit. None of the clothes in my wardrobe are selected by me not even my nightwear all thanks to my fashion conscious mother.

Who doesn't stay home most of the time. What's the point in wearing them when she cannot see me wear them? No idea. But she has a good taste in fashion but very classy for my age. What can I do I love my mom so much that I cannot hurt her by rejecting the clothes that's why I go shopping later. wink wink*

I brush my teeth and take long shower. I get dressed and dry my hair with a hair drier and let my make up be minimum.

I get down the stairs to see my bodyguards on their phones conversing with a frown on their faces.

"Hey guys, ready to go?" I ask.

"Good morning Miss Katlyn Ashford we are ready to leave" Liam said and here is Liam my body guard from the past five years and now he's pretty much like the elder brother that I didn't have and he's twenty five years old.

I started walking with both my two bodyguards hot on my heels. I got into my baby which is my car and its a Bugatti vyron. The best gift from my dad. My first car and I love it.

I love going fast but never get a chance to speed. But sometimes I sneak out at night to take all the frustration and pain of my problems through going fast which causes adrenaline course through my body which helps me feel some kind of freedom. So speeding is a way I release any of my negative feelings and feel free.

My bodyguards got into their black SUV and followed me till i reached my college. I study in a local college because I'm not into studying and I don't need to study actually its just for name's sake because I'll be taking over my parents company after two years. Which I'm not at all interested but my parents also need rest from their hard work may be then i will be able to spend some time with them if they retire but I got time to think so I'll leave it aside for now and enjoy my college life.

I took my backpack from the backseat and got out my car and soon was greeted by my sweet boyfriend Roy.

"Hey babe how was your weekend without me? Did you miss this hot hunk called your boyfriend?" he asked wiggling his eyebrows.

"Cocky much" I said as we walked together into the building chatting about his family reunion. He soon left me near my locker to talk to some of this friends after giving me a peck.

"Hey! how was your weekend Alyssa's?" I asked one of my two best friends. She always excited and cheery self.

"Great Kayla and know do you know what? I got this hot guy's number and he so cool. I met him at this bar fire & ice and guess what he is single" she said excitedly clapping her hands.

"I'm happy for you but be careful not everyone is as innocent as you. You don't know anything about him so don't underestimate him. Take care I'll meat you at lunch text me if you need me. See ya love" I said as the bell rang. Good for her if he turned to be a good person. She is my best friend and I don't want her heart broken and if that happens he has to face my wrath.
