Chapter 7

Caleb's POV :

"Let's go" i said taking three fourths of the baggage from the ground and started walking and she followed with the rest of the bags in my hand. We saw an empty place and sat down in table for two.

"What would you like to eat." The waiter asked eyeing Cayla from head to toe. He looked about my age and had blonde hair. I read the menu and selected what I wanted.

"I would like a salad, a Mexican burger, large fries and coke" i ordered the same as her.

"I'll be back with your order in ten minutes."He said as he winked Cayla's way and left to get out orders. idiot

"Are you sure your going to eat all of that" i asked her.

"Yes, I haven't had any food yesterday afternoon my last meal was my lunch which was I couldn't eat completely" she said frowning as she looked away.

" I'm sorry I didn't mean to remind you about it"I said worried as she was not looking my way.

"Its actually not about what you said it actually that I had to leave everyone all at once that's all so suddenly. One minute I'm with my friends solving my friends problems and I'm suddenly attacked and here I am eating breakfast with my new bodyguard. No offense. I babling continuously like a freak" she said with a frown.

"Here are your orders" the waiter interrupted and placed our food on the table.

"Can I have your number?" The waiter or Coby  from what I read from the tag asked Cayla.

"Excuse me" she said confused.

"I sort of like you so I thought I could take you on a date" The waiter said smirking.

"I don't think I would like my girlfriend to be on a date with someone apart from me" I said instantly.where did that come from.

Katlyn was holding back a laugh. "Oh ok sorry I didn't know you were taken. You look beautiful by the way. Have a great day!" He said smiling leaving our table.

Katlyn's POV :

Poor Coby. I felt bad for him he was a bag of joy. But I didn't expect Caleb to react like that.

"Hey why did you say that you were my boyfriend. I would have accepted his request you know." I said pouting.

"If you want to go out with him you can go back and ask him yourself. I felt like you were feeling uncomfortable. I didn't know you were up for a relationship" Caleb said.

"Actually I'm not, I'm just messing around" I said.

"Anyway you cannot be having deep relations with any of the people from here. It's very risky" he said taking a bite of his food.

We left the diner and took a taxi to the place where i will be living.

We got down from the cab along with my shopping bags. Caleb went to the door and fished for his keys. It was small house with a small well maintained lawn. It had a garage. Which by the way I should ask for my own vehicle to go around and for college.

He opened the door and we entered and I closed the door and turned around to look at the house I'll be living till my life goes back to normal. I hope it goes back to normal soon.
