When the clock struck seven, Lucifer was cruising down the freeway, speeding towards Ariel's house. The loud music mixed with the wind and the sound of his tires on the road brought such joy to the devil's ears.

Ariel fixed her hair in the bathroom, applying just a tad bit of makeup. She heard the sound of a car pulling up and checked the window, seeing Lucifer walk out of his convertible. She opened the front door, smiling as the self-proclaimed devil waved, flashing a wide smile. Beckoning him in, Lucifer made his way into the house, closing the door behind him.

"Welcome to my humble abode," She joked, walking back into the bathroom. Lucifer looked around the room, buttoning his overcoat jacket.

"So, are you the only one who lives here?" He asked, making his way to the bathroom. A small smile tugged at his lips when he saw her bent over the sink, adjusting her appearance.

"No, I live here with Marcus, just the two of us." She turned around, facing the tall man. He was so tempted to wrap his arms around her waist but shrugged off those emotions. He acknowledged what she said, not reacting.

"Well then, love, shall we head to Lux?" He offered her his arm and she took it gracefully, grabbing her purse and heading out the door. She locked it and Lucifer walked her to her side of the car, opening the door for her. Once they were both situated, Lucifer hit the road, driving back to Lux.

"So did you leave the club just to come and pick me up?" Lucifer nodded, quickly glancing at Ariel.

"Why, yes, of course! I got Maze to take care of the club for an hour or so while I came here." Switching lanes, Lucifer pulled on to the freeway, accelerating.

"Do you usually leave your bartender in charge of the entire club?" She laughed, but Lucifer was serious, nodding his head yes.

"Not often do I leave the club but when I do, Maze is the one in charge." Their small talk continued until Lucifer had pulled into the nightclub parking lot. He helped her out of the car and tossed his keys towards the valet. Ariel wrapped her arm around his, entering the nightclub. The devil guided her to the bar, where he chatted with Maze for a second.

"Shall we?" Ariel didn't know what he was talking about but agreed.

"Where are we going?" She asked shyly, taking quick, little steps to catch up with Lucifer's long strides.

"Well up to my penthouse of course. I only assumed since you let me in your home that I at least give you a tour of mine." He smirked, stopping when they got to the elevator. He went to go press the button, but Ariel swatted his hand away. He gave her a weird look, watching her press the button.

"I wanted to press the button..." He chuckled, walking her in when the doors opened. He clicked the button up to his penthouse and their arms unwrapped. The devil placed his hands in his pockets and turned his body towards Ariel. She looked around the elevator, taking in the exquisiteness. The doors opened and a small gasp escaped Ariel's lips. They both walked in, and Lucifer immediately headed to his bar.

"Can I pour you a drink, love?" She nodded and sat on the barstool, listening to the sounds of glasses clinking. He poured himself a scotch and took a sip, looking Ariel up and down.

"What would you like?" He gestured to the wall full of, what Ariel could assume, was every single alcoholic beverage. She walked behind the bar, examining everything.

"Well, I don't wanna get too drunk, how about just a cocktail? Anything fruity will do." He turned on his heels and grabbed a wide-rimmed glass, placing the contents of the drink near it.
