When the bus arrived, Soundwave fastly entered on it and payed their ticket before Shockwave could do that. In a few seconds, they was sitting and waited for their new friend.

- You really want to go home, don't you? - Shockwave said, sitting next to Soundwave 

- I'm far from my home...in a new city - They sighed-  But it was a good day! Thank you! - Soundwave laughed 

- Hehe, you are welcome- 

Soundwave sighed and leaned on their back. They yawned. They was tired.

- Sound? - 

- Yes? - They answered, closing both optics.

- Are you going to recharge? - He asked, putting his briefcase on his lap

- What? No. I'm relaxing-  They put both hands over their tank, hugging the backpack at the same time. - I feel good. - Behind the mask, they were smiling 

- Oh, I see - Shockwave looked at them. The polyhexian was in a way he thought impossible, completely calm. The bus was almost empty, they could act relaxed. Shockwave observed at them, they was oddly cute, like a sparkling that had been playing the whole day and now was exhausted. He noticed their middle frame was moving up and down, their breath was increasing. Oh, they accidentaly fell into recharge. 

- Hehe - Shockwave laughed. He tried to do the same position that Soundwave. It was comfortable, but he wasn't tired. He didn't need to recharge so he was just thinking about what happened. 

A snore from Soundwave put him out of his thoughts. The polyhexian woke up. - Oh, I fall in recharge, I'm sorry - 

- Don't worry -  

Suddenly the lights went off. 

- Shock? Shock what happened?! -

- Calm down, is a tunnel, we are going out of Iacon, we are coming to Vos. -

- Oh.. should I take another bus, then? -

- Seems like you have. I think this one only goes to Vos -

- That's okay for me. It's the route I always use. I can continue by myself -

- I thought you came to work walking- 

- I do, walking is healthy for your system, you know? -

The light returned. It wasn't that much, since it was night at the moment. The stop was in the centre of the city, so they could see around while waiting. The purple lights in the city were beautiful. It felt like a rest in the optics. Both bots hadn't been there at night. It was truly relaxing.  

- This city is awesome -  

- Yes... -

- I understand why Megatron set his company there -

- By the way, do you know why he did such an odd team? I mean, why he has scientists? Why he needs fliers? -

- I actually don't know this time. Sometimes he just do things. At least he's paying us -

They arrived. It was the bus stop. 

- Take care, Shock. See you tomorrow-  Soundwave said, getting outside the bus.

- Be careful too, Sound. Good night -

The bus left. Shockwave observed through a window. Soundwave was walking by the street. Shockwave saw them until they went between a couple of houses. 

Shockwave opened his briefcase to check if he had forgotten something again. And there, in his folded coat, there was a tiny piece of paper, also folded. He opened it. "Thank you, Shock!" There were 10 shanix, the cost of a drink. 

- Oh, Soundwave... - The purple mech laughed. Now he only had to wait to return home.

Soundwave was still walking. They was alone, it was getting darker. 

- Oh.. I should have take the bus... - Soundwave hugged themself, it was getting a bit cold. Now they was scared. - Primus...help me...please.. I don't want to be deactivated...- Their antennas were down. - I want to go home...- 

Someone was following them. Someone big. Soundwave silently cried and whispered - No...please...no... - What should they do? Throw them their backpack? Using their abilities to escape? Just run away? What?! WHAT?! 

- Hey - A deep voice said, putting a hand on Soundwave's shoulder 

Soundwave was like they had just been frozen. They wanted to cry but no sound came out of their mouth. They was shaking and the tears ran down their face.

- Hey...- 

Soundwave shouted, while sobbing a lot.

- Oh!, oh I'm sorry!! - The big mech said - I'm really sorry!!, I didn't wanted to scare you!! - He was really ashamed  

- WAAAAAA DON'T DEACTIVATE ME!!! - Soundwave begged.

- NONONO I SHOULDN'T DO THAT!!! - The big, gray mech fell down on his knees - I just wanted to tell you that you left this fell down! - He took a tiny notebook and gave it to Soundwave, who was sniffing. 

- Oh, thank you.. sorry for shouting at you-

- Don't worry...By the way, I'm Astrotrain -

-... Soundwave - 

- ....why a bot like you is walking here in the night? -

- I... I'm going home.. It's on Polyhex - 

- Uh..Polyhex is to the east....Are you lost? -

-... Oh... - They was - ... Yes... seeing this city at night is different than day..-

- I can take you there - Astrotrain said - I'm a triple changer, I can go flying - 

Soundwave just met him a few minutes ago, but he seemed like someone they could trust. - Fine -

Astrotrain transformed in a space shuttle. - Get in -

Soundwave did it. Inside Astrotrain everything was a shiny gray. - Nice color. And your smell -

- Hehe, thank you. I'm always clean in case someone needs a ride. Here we go! - Astrotrain slightly lift off, he was like just floating a few meters from the floor.

- I know a place where you should work. Is here on Vos. We need someone to take us to job. - 

- Seems perfect to me! -
