I can barely get by right now. I'm still trying to adjust going on missions by myself, but it's... Difficult.
I'm so tired of just it being me. It's been a about two months now and still nothing. I don't have any idea what to do. Char is now starting to lose hope. Schwoz has now officially given up hell im starting to give up. But the one person who isn't is Jasper.
I don't know how he hasn't given up yet. I feel awful on how fast I'm losing hope, but there is absolutely NOTHING on Henry.
I'm sitting in my now clean room watching 'The Outsiders'. After about two weeks I finally got up and cleaned up.
I cleaned up the bed, the broken stuff, swept and mopped the floor, threw away the old food and trash. The hardest part was actually taking out the movie and putting the pillow back on the bed.
I stopped carrying the pillow because the scent of Henry was still lingering on it. I cried everyday when I carried it and when I put it up I still cried, but not as bad.
As I'm watching 'The Outsiders' I began thinking that Henry would love this movie which made tears come to my eyes. I don't know what it is, but the characters almost remind me of Henry. They all have a trait that reminds me of Henry. I don't know exactly what the traits are, but I feel it.
When the rumble was about to start I hear a knock on my door.
"Come in." I say loud enough for the person to hear.
The door opened and in came Jasper. I haven't seen him for about three days and Jasper didn't look very good. He's got dark circles under his eyes, his hair was a mess, wearing baggy clothes and had sad eyes.
Jasper closed the door and walked towards the bed. He sat down at the edge with his hands intertwined in his lap with his head hanging down looking at the floor.
We just sat there for a few good minutes before I heard sniffles... It was Jasper.
"Hey." I said softly moving to sit next to to Jasper. "Hey Jasper what's what's wrong?" I asked my voice laced with worry.
I put my hand on Jaspers back and he sat up and looked at me. His eyes were red and watery. He did a small sad smile at me... I smiled back. The smile faltered and his eyes started watering again.
"Hey... Hey." I said softly while pulling Jasper into a hug. "Jasper breath. It's okay let it out." I said while rubbing circles on his back and shushing him.
After about five minutes Jaspers breathing went back to normal and he sat up. I looked at Jasper and he looked a little better still bad, but he seemed a little relieved.
"Ray... I can't do it anymore. I'm so scared that Henry is dead and we don't even know. Ray... I give up. I can't keep looking for him and losing hope every second that I can't find him." Jasper said sadly looking me in the eyes.
"Jasper... I don't know what to do either. Maybe you need to just go and get yourself back on track and relax for a while. I'm not going to tell you what to do in just suggesting the idea." I said calmly.
"I probably do need some rest. But if I do it means you do too." Jasper said.
"You're right. Why don't we just take a break for about a week and rest and get our health back in order so that we can be more focused." I said moving away from Jasper and laying back on the bed.
Jasper got up from the bed and headed to the door, but before he walked out he turned around.
"Ray?" Jasper said I looked up at him. "Thank you." He said smiling a small smile before leaving and closing the door behind him.
God I don't know what to do. I start the movie over again and just lay there looking at the ceiling listening to the movie.
I just stare and listen to Ponyboy talk to Johnny. If there is a God I need his help with this and I need his help to get through this.
+++ So here's the eighth Chapter. Now its pretty short. Its pretty much a filler chapter.
