Hello, dear reader! There are a few things I would like to point out in this story:
1. This story is inspired by Serena Valentino's book in her series of the Villains books, Mother Know Best. Her books are amazing! I have her Villains books series and its actually really good, so if you are into Disney, you should check her books out! (Her books are real books, not Wattpad books)
2. I made this story entirely for all ages but keep in mind there will be a little blood involved, just a little. So reader discretion advised.
3. This story is all about fantasy and its just a theory of why Gothel was so evil in the first place, and it is not the actual story! It is just a spin of mine on the Tangled story.
4. This story may trigger past trauma of people losing their friend from an accident and people having an unhealthy relationship with their family, so trigger warning!
5. SPOILER ALERT! You can skip reading this if you don't want any spoilers, but I just want to clarify that Mother Gothel is NOT the Evil Queen in this story.
6. Edit: I wrote this story months ago, so expect some crappy writing lmao.
