Soul eater chapter9: maka's labor! The black blooded child?

Previously: Maka announces she's ready to start attending the DWMA again. They get ready and Maka, Soul, Crona, and Ragnarok all take off to the academy together. When they get to the academy all their friends are there. Including Kid, Liz, Patty, Black Star, and Tsubaki. Everyone is excited to see each other and Maka's surprise. Patty asks who the daddy is and Crona speaks up telling them it's him. They're somewhat shocked and when Black Star comes up running to them, he suspects that Soul is responsible for getting Maka pregnant. This sets him off, Maka and Crona decide they need to get out of the situation and get going to class.

During class the students are staring at Maka and her belly. Crona stares them off and they turn away.

After class, Maka, Soul, Crona, Ragnarok, Tsubaki, Black Star, Kid, Liz, and Patty all decide to hang out at the basketball court. Tsubaki suggests Maka has a baby shower, which she agrees to.

While Maka, Crona, Ragnarok, and Tsubaki are enjoying a picnic while the others play basketball, Tsubaki asks if Maka and Crona are together. Crona admits they aren't... And Ragnarok suggests that Crona should ask Maka out at that moment. He asks Maka out, she says yes, they have a long kiss and everyone turns towards them.

When Maka and Crona break the kiss... Soul is extremely jealous and angry. Out of jealousy he kneels down by Maka, kisses her, and walks away with the basketball.

Everyone was silent. It was like the air and wind had all stopped moving. Everyone was watching Soul as he jealously stomped away. Then Liz spoke up.

"Should... Someone go get him?"

Maka stood up.

"I'll get him."

She looked down at Crona.

"Crona, I'm sorry to run off on you after we just got together.. But.. I have to go after him.."

She nodded at him and he nodded back.

"I-I understand."

Then she took off after Soul.

"Soul!!! Soul!!!" She called after him.

He wasn't that far up ahead and he stopped without turning around.

"What the Hell do you want Maka!?"

He sounded very flustered.

"I..I didn't want you to leave.."

Soul turned around and looked Maka right in the eyes. His look was tense, it gave Maka a chill.

"Why not? You weren't paying attention to me, or our basketball game. You were only interested in making out with Crona."

Maka's cheeks flushed bright red.

"We weren't making out! I-It was just a kiss..."

"Sure looked like making out to me."

Maka stomped her foot into the ground.

"You're just jealous of him! You're jealous of us, and our child!"

Soul's face grew somewhat red.

"I'm not jealous of your child. You shouldn't even be pregnant. It was really fucking stupid of you and Crona to even try having sex."

Maka's blush darkened.

" Shutup, Shutup, SHUTUP!" She screamed, tears started to fall down her face.

Soul sighed.

"Maka, I don't care what you do with Crona anymore.. I'm just worried about you. Weapons are supposed to protect their meisters. I want to protect you."
