Ciana had the feeling that thousands of butterflies erupted in her belly.
Had he really just said that?
The three words kept swirling through her mindI
Love
You"Hey, Ana."
His deep moon filled voice awakened her out of her daze, and her eyes met his glacier blue ones. "Are you alright?" He chuckled, caressing a string of silver hair out of her face.
She didn't know what to say. She had no idea how to concoct normal sentences, let alone speak them.
Her feelings were euphoric and immense, and her eyes turned ablaze as she did the only thing that could make Brion phantom her feelings.Ciana jumped on top of him, not minding he had just woken up out of a coma. Not thinking of being careful. She wanted to feel him, as near as possible.
Her soft lips ravished Brion's lush mouth and their tongues danced like dragons flying among each other. It was fire and passion and desire filled night skies, and she needed him. She needed him to know how much she loved him too.
A groan left his lips, and Ciana lifted herself up from her position on top of him.
"Are you oka-"Before she could formulate the question, the heir to the Night pressed her flush against his body once more, devouring her neck with his lips, as she dragged her delicate hands through his dark hair.
The fire heated inside her, or was it in the room?
She had no idea, because the warmth Brion gave of was consumable.
"Ciana," he growled softly, as she let her hands slip under his shirt, stroking the chiseled muscles of his chest and torso.
In response, he bit her earlobe, which made the fire wielder moan."I need you, I need you no-"
The door barged open, to reveal Aelin and Manon, the last one with a shit eating grin on her gorgeous face.
But Ciana was off the bed and in front of her mother immediately. She'd recognized the hard, stoic look, the assassin and warrior that hid underneath the grace of a queen.
"We're under attack."~
Cassian had no idea what those things were, but he knew he was gonna kill every single one of these bastards.
Burn marks and wounds bit into his skin like pure acid, but he'd been through worse. He'd kill first, worry later.
He nodded once at Aedion, who clearly seemed to think the same, as the wolf of the North had gone from playful to deadly in a mere second.
Cassian pulled his sword, and heard the slice of iron through air as Aedion pulled the sword of Terrasen. "Y'all are death," the blonde warrior snarled.
"No one enters this house in one piece," Cassian said lowly, clearly adding fuel to the fire as the nine silhouettes barked a snarl and dove forward.
It was a chaotic fight, and Cassian mowed through them like they were grass. But as he had decapitated one, and turned around, the head had already grown back on and the creature was in full attack mode again.
His sword cleaved through one's chest and the creature shrieked, stumbling back. Aedion was heaving heavily as he was fighting off three of them.
Cassian had no idea how long they were fighting this immortal creatures, but he was happy when he saw Aelin, Rowan Rhys, Feyre, Manon, Ciana and Brion enter the Rooftop. The last two looking particularly flustered.
