Oh shit, why didn't I put two and two together earlier? They both have that same dark hair color, sharp facial features, and grey eyes. He is also extremely good looking, not anywhere near Gabriel level but I can tell a lot of girls will still be falling all over him. We all enter the lift which now feels a lot smaller than before with the two brothers over towering me with their broad muscular frame. Gabriel is still very tense but his brother Gavin is much more relaxed and seems to be the more bubbly one out of the two as he constantly bounces up and down in the one spot. "Keep still Gavin, being fidgety like that shows you lack confidence within yourself. Plus your annoying me." Even though he's the younger brother Gabriel is still clearly in charge here. I take a look over at his brother's face to see if he took any offense to how his younger brother spoke to him but he seems completely unfazed and almost like this is something he expected to happen. "Oh come on Gabe, don't be like that. I haven't seen you forever. When are you coming home? Mum misses you." Gavin says almost in a whiney child-like voice. Gabriel looks almost ready to blow when luckily the lift door slides open and allows Gabriel or Gabe should I say to put some distance between him and his big brother.
It seems Gavin did this on purpose and casually strolls out the lift whistling, it's amazing how he has such perfect timing, I wonder what he does. I'm not completely sure yet but something tells me I'm going to like this brother. "Keep up then slowcoach or Grumpy Gabe here will try to lock us out of the room." Gavin turns back around to me making an ushering movement with his hand. I laugh at this as I think the nickname Grumpy Gabe suits him well plus I can hear him practically growling at his brother by the door. I hurry along and make my way over to Gavin who is still getting a kick out of annoying Gabe. "Be careful Angel or Gabe might just turn into a werewolf with all that growling. Plus it doesn't show your very confidence if you can't even muster up enough strength to form real words. Does it now little bro?" With that said Gabriel pushes the suite door opens and storms straight in not holding the door for any of us behind him.
I take a seat opposite Gavin in the living room area of the suite. Gabriel stormed straight into his room slamming the door behind. I've never seen him behavior so childishly, I guess he really is the little brother after all. "I'm guessing he's gone to shift into his wolf form. Would you like something to drink whilst you wait for him?" I joke picking up on Gavin's werewolf joke from earlier. "Don't worry about me Angel, I'm sure I can make myself a drink if needed. Actually, I wanted to talk to you for a bit about Gabe. Can you allow me some of your time?" He wants to talk to me and about Gabriel. I don't even know why he asked, I'm certain he knows I'm all ears when it comes to anything regarding Gabriel. Plus who better to squeeze information from then a reliable source such as his big brother Gavin. "I want you to know Angel, no matter what the rest of the family may think of him I hold my little brother very dearly to my heart. If any harm comes to him because of this information I'm about to relay to you, I don't think you would like what will happen to you next." Gavin says this with a very creepy smile on his face, it's almost like he's trying to still be polite and nice but also make sure I know just how serious he is. Bipolar must run in the family.
I'm now feeling a little bit skeptical, as much as I would like to know more about Gabriel is it worth the threat. I don't have any time to contemplate or even decline to talk to Gavin as he dives straight into whatever it is he wanted to talk about. "It all started when Gabriel was around five years old. He's the youngest out of eight of us and has always been spoilt rotten by the whole family, no matter what it was Gabe normally got it but when he reached the age five there was something my father refused to get him. All with good reason of course but that didn't stop Gabe from getting extremely worked up and lashing out. This then started to become a pattern when he wasn't able to get his way and the lashing out would only get worse and worse. Everyone in our family put it down to his age, the fact that they grew him up to be spoilt, and would normally just say he was going through a phase. Of course, as you can see they couldn't have been more wrong. I knew it was hard on my family especially my mum as going to a psychiatrist was out of the question as my father thought it would ruin our family name and our reputation. You see, that is highly important. I mean with us being one of the richest families in the world and as you can imagine no one was going to ruin that not even our own blood. Of course, seeing as no one was willing to get him any real help this only got worse and worse and by the time Gabriel was ten my father sent him away to a private boarding school. He was the only child that was to get sent away the rest of us was homeschooled by top graduates, but my father believed that he could blame the school for any problems Gabe might bring along in the future. He had it all planned out if anyone with importance was to ask why Gabe suffers from severe angry problems he could always say 'you know what happens when you send your kids to boarding school, you spend all your money just for them to let your child run loose' and if they asked why he went he always just said 'it was Gabriel decision, I don't think it right to overpower my children with my decision. He is going to be a man after all' Never losing the good father act. Gabe's anger was so bad that he got kicked out of three private schools over three years, all schools recommended my father to get him some serious help. Even though all the schools had to sign an NDA, I mean there was no way my father was going to let them in just like that to one of our family's biggest secrets. Of course, this didn't go down well with my father who started to beat and abuse Gabriel from the age of thirteen. He would lock him up in this all-white underground panic room and leave him there for days only bringing him one meal and three glasses of water a day. He doped him up on multiple pills so he would be shut off from feeling anything and then would beat him for hours. When Gabe used to come back around his anger would be so strong that it would just end up being the same process, he eventually ended up living down there until he turned eighteen. Only being allowed out once a year for his birthday parties. Dad said he was only doing the same thing to Gabe as the mental home would have done and if any of us decided to help him we would, one be stopping his treatment and two would get severely punished as well. None of us saved him and eventually Gabe escaped and never came back until after he became the successful man he is today."
