My Wish Is To Be With You Forever!

Ana's POV

I'm now one month pregnant but still can't tell the sex of the baby yet. Maybe a few more months later, I will. Anyway, we were celebrating New Year's Eve at Carl's old home which is now Markus's home after winning the home and everything else against Leo. It was the best day ever! Androids and humans alike are celebrating, even those from the police department. The music is booming in the home as people were dancing. I was dancing with Connor as I see North dancing with Markus. The androids, including Connor, had trouble dancing to the music but I was able to teach them back at Cyberlife and now, they're all experts. With Markus' help, of course, because he is the first android I ever taught how to dance and he still got the moves down. I teased Josh and Simon as I realized that they were dating Claire and Sara. I had so much fun doing that. We decided to take a break and sat on the couch. I looked to my left and see Uncle Hank drinking some scotch as he was talking to Jeffery and several other co-workers. Then, they ended up laughing. Huh? I guess he is socializing again. I smiled to that when I felt an arm wrapped my shoulders. I looked at Connor and smile at him. He did the same. 

"I heard that it is a custom for humans to make a New Year revolution. Am I right?" I nodded. "Then, my revolution is to be by your side until the end of them. And be there for you and our little miracle." He said, placing both his hands on my waist. I smiled, giving him a kiss on the cheek. 

"My wish is to be with you forever. I never thought my life would turn out like this, but it's for the best. I had a family that I love so much, a man I love and cherish more than anything." Connor blushed as I kiss his lips. "And look at my uncle, a while ago, he was just alone, drinking until he passed out and look at him, he's finally getting back on his feet and finally talking to people." We looked at Uncle Hank drinking and talking to our co-workers. "And of course, a brother back from the dead, who has made a major impact. I didn't think humans and androids could live together but now, they're getting along better than before." 

I looked around and see some androids were here. Some partying, serving, and helping. Some are caretakers for people deciding to stay with them. But it is still a crime if humans and androids kill each other. That isn't a case anyone, because more humans are accepting them. Even some are even dating and marrying them. This world has changed for the greater good and I couldn't be more happier to live in it. My family would be proud of me, so would Carl. I missed them so much. 

"The countdown is starting!" A girl named Emma announced as she looked at the tv. 

Everyone gathers around the tv as the ball begins to drop slowly. 

"10...9.......8...."

"I love you, Anastasia Anderson." Connor said. 

"7....6....5...." 

"I love you too, Connor Anderson." I said, looking in his eyes. 

"4....3...2.."

We lean in slowly until....

"1...Happy New Year!" Until we kissed each other passionately. It's now 2039. 

"Time to dunk Ana in the pool to ring in the new year!" Markus announced as he, Simon, Josh, and Connor all carried me to the pool in the back. 

"No! Don't...!" I was laughing as North came to help carry me. Traitor! Once we were in the back, they count back from three and once they reached to one, they toss me into the pool. Thankfully, my phone was charging right now. I laughed as I resurfaced. Then, Connor jumps in with me. I giggled as he spit out water.
