the helicopter ride was silent with the night blocking all the views Vasily was staring at the floor.

"where you from?" BAR said to him

Vasily snaps out of his thoughts and nods at her, "Stary Sobor... I used to live in Stary before the war and outbreak."

M1 garand suddenly joined in on the conversation, "How was life like back then? Before the war and outbreak that is?"

Vasily thought about it, "It was a great country, used to be a lot of people walking around doing their own thing. It was a normal place back then except we didn't have dolls like you guys... No A-dolls, T-dolls, or even specialized military ones. The Chernarussian civil war is regarded as one of the last major conflicts to be fought without the use of dolls. Human on Human fighting that is. whats left of Chernarus mostly the north eastern side produces old weapons like AKs, T-90s, and even Mig-21bis's"

m1911 also butts in on the conversation, "North eastern Chernarus? Does that mean the government left you here to die?"

"yeah... From Novigrad to South Zagoria... They left us here to die, thrown away, and left to the infected. Can you blame them though? I mean that's why they hired you guys so they could rebuild what they had left and let you guys watch over the more deadly areas."

m1911 was about to say more before the helicopter suddenly tilted and started descending.

"looks like we're here" BAR says as she looks out the window.

The base was big it a huge wall, watch towers, spotlights, and much much more.

The place they landed at was a helipad on what seemed to be on the roof of the base. Medic we're waiting down there probably due to Vasily's wounds.

Once the helicopter landed they did just that taking him straight towards the medical room to get him checked up on Rabies and checking if he was immune then straight towards the commanders office.

The inside of the base was dull and kind of boring, you would except to see some sort of action even at night from such a base.

One of the guards accompanying Vasily knocked on the door leading inside his office, "come on in!..." A feminine voice called out from inside the room

The door was open and right in front of Vasily was the office. Grey walls and a few pictures of some people, a laptop and paperwork on her desk.

"Sit down" the commander said as she gestured towards the chair in front of the desk.

Vasily made his way towards the chair and sat down.

"So you decided to join correct?"

"Yes"

"From what we heard you have experience with the land of Chernarus?" The commander took a sip of coffee

"Yes all of South Zagoria and a few places up west."

"I think I know a place for you..." she started typing something on her laptop, "a specialized combat team, you deal with infected, bandits, and even some ChDKZ deep inside the more deadlier parts of Cherno. You Chernarussians cannot get infected by the virus and since you know the area you should be fine... We also looked into your profile..."
