Low flying Su-7b attackers flew low to avoid SAMs, dropping off bombs and rockets as they zoom away. Explosions deafen the ears, bodies of former comrades lay dead on the battlefield, as bullets whiz by hitting there mark.
Buildings crumble as the 2nd infantry try to push ChDKZ out of the area.
"Commander! Multiple contacts from the two story building down by the street!" Yelled a soldier taking cover from machine gun fire.
The commander yelled towards his men "Give me the RPG over here! RPG over here!"
A young boy no older then 17 runs up to the commander and readies his RPG-7, "clear for back blast!" He says as he stands up where there is no cover to fire the rocket.
The rocket arcs it's way towards the building hitting hit the machine gun lay silent as the gunner is dead.
"Platoons 1, 2, and 3 push up towards the hospital! The rest are with me to take the police station!" Yells the commander
The 3 platoons push up into the streets to reach the hospital, the battle so far had been bloody as both sides received casualties almost immediately after it had started.
"Hey Hey Vasily give me some ammo will you?" Said a man to what is presumably Vasily
Vasily took two AK-74 mags out of his assault vest, "try to make them count will you? I'm running out too"
"Thanks" the soldier said as he loads the magazine into his AK, "how long do you think this battle will last?"
Vasily shrugged, "couple days maybe even more"
"Well shit" the soldier said
The platoon leader started yelling "Alright boys rest time is over, it's time to push up to the hospital!"
Vasily got ready and joined up with his squad to take the hospital.
"Contact! Contact! Building to the right!" The gunfire started to pickup again as soldiers scramble for cover in the debris.
The squa leader yelled at Vasily and four others, "You five go clear that area! We'll cover you from here!"
"Aye captain" the five said before they slowly moved towards the building, the building was a small and had two floors surrounded by barb wire and sandbags. More machine gunfire erupted from a small hole in the wall the five could only duck as bullets fly over there heads. The allied soldiers tried they're best to suppress the machine gunner, all attempts had failed.
The squad was pinned down and trying there best to crawl through the ruble and into the building. The machine gunner finally stopped to reload or wait for the gun to cool down, this bought time for the five man squad to push into the building.
Vasily got his AK and rounded a corner shooting at two hostiles, one of them dropped dead while the other got away unscathed running from flying bullets into cover.
A small gunfight in the building ensued as the two desperately tried to kill each other, for only it to be ended by a frag grenade being thrown at the enemy killing him. The five pushed up into the upstairs throwing flashbangs into the rooms clearing them one by one. One of Vasily's squad mates broke into a locked door, a man was waiting behind it with a double barrel shotgun.
Bang! Bang!
His arm got ripped off and his torso was mangled and bloody as he flew back hitting a wall. A soldier stuck his AK into the room and started firing like crazy emptying a mag into it. No movement came from the room, while clearing it they found the man riddled with bullets holes.
