Chapter 3- The God of the Sea makes his Apperance

Kat's P.O.V

Weapons Shed

Camp Half Blood

"This is nice" I said after we had gone through at least twenty weapons. This is the first that caught my eye. It was a whip

Annabeth eyed me "you want that?"

I shrugged "it's enticing" I uncoiled it "and it calls out to me. Does it match my nose ring?" I teased her, I know she doesn't like it

"No it's celestial bronze" Annabeth rolled eyes, and I stuck out my tongue to hear in a teasing manner when her back was turned. My brother tried to stifle his laugh

"Well your going to want a dagger for closeup" Annabeth told me, and handed me a wicked looking dagger, it was bronze, black, and silver "Celestial, Stygian Iron, and silver" she explained

"Wicked" Percy and I said in unison

"So when will I get to try them out?" I asked the couple [adorable. they are soo cute]

"Tomorrow" Percy promised me "we have dinner right about now"

"And campfire" Annabeth said "So let's head out"

I walked next to Percy, and he smiled at me reasurringly, and he gave me the look you know that whole 'It'll be fine, everyone will love you, your amazing' look mixed with 'but if any boy touches you I will personally rip their head off'

"Well then how will I get a boyfriend if your like that?" I asked Percy in a mocking tone

"If any boy hurts, or lays a hand on you I will snap their neck" Percy promised me

"But I'm most likely the older twin" I guessed

"Yeah right" he rolled his eyes "I'll be asking mom, anyway. I'm taller" Percy said the last part with the type of pride a six year old has after getting a gold star

Annabeth rolled her eyes "seaweed brain"

Percy scowled at her and I laughed

"This is the mess hall, even though it's outdoors that's what we all call it" Annabeth explained when we reached the top of the hill "when it's time for any meal the bell will sound, the dinner bell is bound to ring in three, two" the bell rang loud and clear

"I suggest not coming to breakfast in your pajamas, Aphrodite cabin would flip a table" a girl walked up to me

"This is Ella, she's a huntress of Artemis" Annabeth explained, but I gave her a questioning look

"The hunters of Artemis are a group of women who swear off men, and accept imortality to hunt along side Artemis, it's pretty cool" Ella explained with a wink

I smiled "How old are you then?"

"I only joined a few years ago, I'm fifteen" Ella told me "we're staying here at camp to rest, and reload. That and Thalia caught wind of some big monsters following a certain demigod so"

Percy and Annabeth looked right at me

"Ella's a demigod too" A tall girl with spikey black hair walked up to Annabeth, Percy, Ella, and I "She's a daughter of Apollo"

"Who're you?" I asked the girl, just noticing the silver band around her head

"Thalia Grace" the girl smiled "you?"

"Katrina Fa-" I looked at Percy with a worried expression painted over my features, and he nodded "Katrina Jackson" I smiled "I'm Percy's long lost twin"

Thalia smiled "let's sit down and eat, you can come sit with us. I wanna talk to you"

"I just got her, you can't take away my sister that fast!" Percy groaned "she's not joining the hunt" my brother said stubbornly

I chuckled and beckoned Thalia to come closer so I could whisper something to her "I've got the best prank..."

After explaining everything to her she nodded and told me to talk with her tomorrow at lunch after getting to spend some time with Percy [All part of the plan] Percy was again as red as one of the strawberries you could find at Camp Half Blood

"I'm hungry" I finally told Percy "Where do we sit?"

"At our table" he said "the blue one"

"Whoever painted that did a god awful job" I grimaced and sat down

"Gods" Percy corrected me with a smile "There are more than one so, you add the s"

I chuckled, and looked down "I'm so glad to finally have a brother" I glanced and saw a bit of one of my scars on my hand

"What's that?" Percy asked quickly

"Just a scar" I lied

"Not just a scar, what happened?" Percy grabbed my hand and pushed up the sleeve, examining my arm "are there more?"

"Yes. My stepfather gave them to me" I said and stubbornly pulled my arm out of his grasp

"I'll kill him" Percy gritted his teeth and clenched his fists, let's just say the rest of dinner at our table was quite silent.

Percy's P.O.V

"So here we sing cheery songs about greek monsters who want to eat us" I tried to crack a smile out of my sister I had just met and already angered

"And Chiron said I would be officially claimed tonight" Kat asked

"You should be" I nodded, and wrapped my arm around her "I'm sorry about earlier, I just. I want to make sure you don't get hurt, and, and well I like having a sister who I get to protect"

She smiled slightly "well I'd like a brother who protects me"

"Well then I have a package for Miss. Katrina Jackson" I smirked "one protective over brother that comes with"- she cut me off

"With an extra side of cockiness" she smirked this time "where do I sign?"

I smiled and led her to a bench where Annabeth was sitting with the hunters, I thought they were like huntresses but when I asked Thalia about it she lectured me on not being sexist, and how that was kinda sexist, and don't attack me because I'm totally into woman's rights but I thought the word thing was a little overboard

I winked at my sister then sat by Annabeth and faked a yawn, using it as an excuse to drape my arm around her

Kat coughed "cheesy" she coughed again "stupid" then smiled at me innocently "that was really bad"

Annabeth threw her head back and laughed, I love it when she does that...

Suddenly the light in the room went out, and Katrina grabbed my thigh (lower. don't freak out) tightly, she's obviously scared

"It's fine" I promised her as the lights came back on, and the smell of ocean filled the room "dad?" I looked down to the middle of the amphitheater to see my father, Poseidon the sea God standing there...

Please don't attack me about the whole sexist thing, I am a hardcore femenist, I just thought that was a real Percy x Thalia moment
